4、FRα in 20 normal ovarian tissueand 60 ovarian carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemistry. The expression ofC-kit and PDGFRβ were respectively studied with immunohistochemistry from 18benign ovarian serous cystadenoma

5、, 16 ovarian borderline serouscystadenoma and 42ovarian serous carcinomas.RESULTS: Immunoreactivity was detected in 78.3% of the ovarian carcinoma to atleast one of C-kit, C-abl and PDGFRα. The total positive expression
