4、echanism. Methods: we retrospectively reviewed 105 childrens with complete presentation of extension supracondylar fractures of the humerus between january 2008 and january 2010. Treatment using three different methods e

5、xtension type supracondylar humeral fracture, 39 children were managed by the manipulative reduction combination plaster cast (group A) , 34 by the internal fixtion with per cutem crossing kirschner wires (group B) and 3
