2、=17)和進展期CRC組(n16)；所有入選病例均未接受過放化療或其他干預性治療。收集33例CRC患者及25例健康志愿者(正常對照組)外周血標本，運用流式細胞術(Fluorescence—activatedcellsorting。FACS)分析CRC患者外周血中Thl細胞、Thl7細胞、Th22細胞及Treg細胞／CD4T細胞的比例；探討Thl細胞、Thl7細胞、Th22細胞及Treg細胞與CRC患者臨床分期的相關性。探討CRC巾是否存
