59、擊。</p><p> (2)拉伸設(shè)備與車身構(gòu)件的固定位置,在拉伸的過程中,特別容易因?yàn)橄噙B接的部位超載而損壞,可采用多加一些固定夾鉗的方法,將負(fù)載分散于車身的多個(gè)部位。</p><p> (3)用固定裝置固定車身時(shí)要從中心部分向外進(jìn)行拉伸和矯直,但每一個(gè)固定裝置檢查合適后,擰緊固定裝置螺栓將其定位,按照需要變動拉伸的角度和位置,來完成損傷處的變形校正。開始時(shí)一邊間歇地施加拉伸力,一邊
60、檢查進(jìn)一步確定所拉伸力在損壞部位是否有效,如果看不到任何效果,就要考慮改變拉伸力的方向和車身拉伸的固定部位。</p><p> (4)車身構(gòu)件彎曲靠位置,例如側(cè)梁的彎曲部位,可以夾住車身構(gòu)件的彎曲內(nèi)側(cè)表面進(jìn)行拉伸:構(gòu)建表面上的凹陷傷痕可以焊接上銷釘并用滑動錘或者其他拉伸裝置拉出。</p><p> (5)如果一些凹陷嚴(yán)重的部位。構(gòu)件金屬材料有被撕裂的危險(xiǎn),就需要對其加熱,加熱時(shí)只能在構(gòu)
