1、本文研究了復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)AA肉仔雞生長、屠宰、免疫和抗氧化性能以及肉品質(zhì)的影響。48只體重相近的健康A(chǔ)A肉仔雞隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗(yàn)組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧添加復(fù)合酶制劑。
第一部分:主要研究復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)AA肉仔雞生長和屠宰性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)組肉仔雞的采食量、增重和飼料效率高于對(duì)照組,但差異不顯著(P>0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組的胸肌率和瘦肉率有極顯著提高(P<0.01),其它屠宰指標(biāo)無顯著變化(P
2、>0.05)。
第二部分:主要研究復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)AA肉仔雞免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)21日齡肉仔雞胸腺指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)和法氏囊指數(shù)無顯著影響(P>0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組21日齡肉仔雞血清中TNF-α含量極顯著減少(P<0.01),而溶菌酶活性、IL-6含量和新城疫疫苗抗體效價(jià)無顯著變化(P>0.05)。同時(shí)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組42日齡肉仔雞血清中MDA含量降低了23.55%(P>0.05),而SO
3、D活性、CAT活性、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC分別提高了16.60%(P>0.05)、7.29%(P>0.05)、13.43%(P>0.05)和20.06%(P<0.05)。試驗(yàn)組42日齡肉仔雞胸肌中MDA和羰基含量分別比對(duì)照組下降了7.65%(P>0.05)和12.61%(P>0.05),而SOD活性、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC分別比對(duì)照組提高了21.18%(P>0.05)、81.18%(P>0.05)和31.90%(P>0.05

第三部分:主要研究復(fù)合酶制劑對(duì)AA肉仔雞肉質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合酶制劑的添加對(duì)肉仔雞胸肉營養(yǎng)成分無顯著影響(P>0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組的L*、a*、b*均無顯著變化(P>0.05);pH45和pH24均有提高的趨勢,但差異也不顯著(P>0.05);滴水損失和蒸煮損失分別降低了16.95%和15.14%,但差異也不顯著(P>0.05);剪切力顯著降低了24.45%(P<0.05);IMP含量提高了8.80%(P
