2、 of product quality, and become a landmark in the history of management theory. Indeed, it still has great influence up to the present. China introduced TQM at the end of 1970s to improve the quality of
3、its industry product but did not make enough progress because the project was impelled by the administration. Since the year of 2000s, monopoly in Chinese seed industry has been broken down and
4、the market is growing rapidly, seed company are facing serious competition both from the inner and the outer so it is in urgent need of improving seed quality and competitive power. Under su
5、ch conditions, this paper made a study on the feasibility of improving the seed quality and management level of Chinese seed industry by introducing TQM, and hope the research conclusion will
6、 be useful to the development of Chinese seed industry. The paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter was the introduction; the second chapter recommended something commonly about the origin, devel
7、opment, and implementation of TQM; the third chapter introduced the general situation of Chinese seed industry and made a SWOT analysis about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then bro
8、ught forward the countermeasure for the future development and the necessity to implement TQM; the fourth chapter presented the operation process of Chinese seed industry and made a compare over the quality manage
