3、thatapplytotheairplaneengines.2.APPLICABILITY.2.1TheguidanceprovidedinthisdocumentisdirectedtoairplanemanufacturersmodifiersfeignregulatyauthitiesFederalAviationAdministration(FAA)transptairplanetypecertificationengineer
4、stheirdesignees.2.2ThematerialinthisACisneithermatynregulatyinnaturedoesnotconstitutearegulation.WhiletheseguidelinesarenotmatytheyarederivedfromextensiveFAAindustryexperienceindeterminingcompliancewiththerelevantregulat
5、ions.Thesemeansareissuedintheinterestofstardizationfguidancepurposestooutlineamethodthathasbeenfoundacceptableinshowingcompliancewiththestardssetfthintherule.Ifhoweverwebecomeawareofcircumstancesthatconvinceusthatfollowi
