3、t and influence. However, contrary to forecasts, globalization does not lead to the erasure of cultural differences, rather, on the contrary, it enhances national and cultural diversity in the modern world, which is the

4、basis of the diversity of national management models. There is a cultural and national differentiation of society, manifested in inter-civilization, inter-confessional and inter-ethnic conflicts. Kazakhstan is considered

5、 to be one of the unique representatives of a corporate culture, and this point is justified by the current Sino-Kazakh bilateral trade and the increasing of joint ventures. At the same time there is a cultural conflict

6、between China and Kazakhstan, which is under the scope of consideration. A great majority of scholars all over the world have been attracted by the research of Kazakh. Knowledge of value systems, behavioral patterns and

7、 stereotypes, understanding of national and international characteristics of people's behavior in different countries significantly improve management effectiveness, provide an opportunity to reach mutual understandi

8、ng during business meetings and negotiations, resolve conflict situations and prevent the emergence of new ones. That is why the management of a firm that occurs on the border of two or more different cultures is of cons
