2、ive well-being and its affecting factors. The following is the results: 1 Generally speaking, the scores of the female farmer worker on subjective well-being is totally higher than the scores of the urban residents and

3、postgraduates. 2 The analysis of the relationship between the population variables and subjective well-being indicates that: Firstly, there is no significant difference between married and unmarried female farmer worker

4、s in all aspects of subjective well-being. There is also no difference between the young and old female farmer workers. Secondly, education is an important factor that affects female farmer workers’ subjective well-being

5、, but both are not liner relationship. People, who entered junior, senior middle school and vocational school, get higher scores than those just entered primary school and those didn’t go to school. But those, who entere

6、d senior middle school or vocational school, get a lower score than those who entered junior middle school. Thirdly, the monthly salary of female farmer workers and the main source of income of the whole family have no s

7、ignificant impact no subjective well-being independently, but there is a significant interaction. 3 In terms of the corelational study between female farmer workers’ subjective well-being and work as well as life, it con

8、cludes that: Firstly, the motivation of going out is an important factor that affects female farmer workers’ subjective well-being. Those who voluntarily go out and seek self-development get a higher score than those no

9、n-voluntarily go out. Secondly, social relations also have a significant impact on female farmer workers’ subjective well-being. The more types of friends and the more harmonious relationship they have, the higher score

10、of subjective well-being the female farmer workers will get. Thirdly, the nature of work significantly affects female farmer workers’ subjective well-being. Those who work with human get a higher score at several dimensi
