1、中文摘要摘 要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化發(fā)展趨勢(shì),制造行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)不僅僅局限于核心制造商之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)了,而是包括零部件制造企業(yè)在內(nèi)的整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈之間的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文以供應(yīng)鏈管理及集成化供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),在認(rèn)真分析了我國(guó)制造業(yè)所處環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了制造業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理的必要性,并且針對(duì)制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈存在的問(wèn)題及優(yōu)化方向,著重對(duì)制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作過(guò)程中零部件的自制與外包決策及供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究和探討。首先,論文闡述了制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,

2、分析了我國(guó)制造業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)及其供應(yīng)鏈存在的問(wèn)題,指出了構(gòu)建一個(gè)合理的供應(yīng)鏈模式對(duì)我國(guó)制造業(yè)具有十分重要的意義。第二,集成化的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式要求企業(yè)不斷地加強(qiáng)與其它企業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)和合作,整合企業(yè)外部的資源優(yōu)勢(shì),把不擅長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)“外包”出去,而零部件自制與外包的戰(zhàn)略選擇正是決定制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的重點(diǎn)所在。本文利用 0-1 規(guī)劃的方法,通過(guò)比較零部件內(nèi)部制造總成本與外包總成本,確定外包零部件的種類,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),并構(gòu)建了基于零部件的制造業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈模型,

3、為制造業(yè)企業(yè)構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈提供參考。最后,在對(duì)影響制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇的因素進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一套層次化、系統(tǒng)化的制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系,然后運(yùn)用層次分析和集對(duì)分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)與選擇作了探討和分析。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)與其它企業(yè)建立戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合,達(dá)到共贏的目的。關(guān)鍵詞:供應(yīng)鏈;外包;模式;層次分析 關(guān)鍵詞:供應(yīng)鏈;外包;模式;層次分析英文摘要Research of Supply Chain Mode Basing

7、l coruse of manufacture supply chain.First of all, this thesis introduces the research status of the supply chain management, analyses the advantage and the existing problems of the manufacture in China, and demonstrates

8、 it important to develop a proper supply chain mode for the Chinese manufacture.Secondly, to meet the challenge of the integrated supply chain management mode, it is necessary that the enterprise constantly strengthens t

9、he coordination and cooperation with the other enterprises, integrates its external resources superiority, and “outsource” the business which it is not good at. But the key point of the manufacture supply chain structure
