3、evelopment, the demand for solid mineral resources isalso growing. As the terrain better and near the surface of the mineral resources aredecreasing, so workers will geophysical exploration work focused on remote areasan
4、d on deep mineral development. Aeromagnetic survey as an important magneticgeophysical exploration methods, in a large area of energy exploration on the mineralhas its own advantages, so in equipment, technology has also
5、 been a rapiddevelopment.Aeromagnetic data processing and conversion is magnetic prospecting improtantpart of inference and interpretion ,in the oblique magnetic conditions aeromagneticdata processing work,the treatment
6、of reduction to the pole is often essential. First,this paper expatiates status quo of the current application of the aeromagnetic surveyat home and abroad , then emphatically analyze that it is diferent in the precision
7、ground magnetic survey and aeromagnetic anomaly, it obtain that aeromagnetic dataobtained can be reducted to the pole, but ground magnetic measurement data can notbe reducted to the pole; throuph the spatial domain proce
8、ssing compared to thefrequency domain, discussed the superiority of reduction to the pole in the frequencydomain, expatiates the basic theory,formula derivation , data processing realization.In this paper, on the basis o
9、f reduction to the pole, expatiates that the derivationof formula of the upward continuation, vertical derivative in the frequency domain,provided the main reference map for the magnetic field sub- region division, fault
10、edzone division , ore- body delineation.The above- mention method belong to this paper,which we used to the Nixiongskarn- type iron deposit, Tibet, combined with the region's ground magnetic data,summarized Nixiong s
11、karn- type mineralization mode. According to this model,combined with reduction- to- the- pole, upward continuation,first vertical derivativemaps, delineate nine prospecting targets outside Nixiong iron deposit ,In addit
