3、part of our high education system but they have many natural scarcity and disadvantages during growing. So take characteristics as winning strategy is the key for them to build up their competition. Characteristic major
4、is the most significant feature of one of professional colleges. If a local colleges and universities have a unique strength of the major, it will be able to glow with vitality. In the fierce competition. The current cha
5、racteristics of our local colleges and universities usually have a lot of problems during the characteristic establish process, such as the establishment of professional characteristics and development have been restrict
6、ed by some external factors; the founding and developing of characteristics of professional have been restricted by these local colleges’ conditions and this directly result in the lack of high education feature and diff
7、iculty in developing. In this paper, the core problem is how to build their own characteristics and professional for local colleges and universities. From the aim above, this article use of literature analysis, summary a
8、nd so on, in-depth analyze characteristics of local colleges and universities that exist in professional building. Combined with the basic characteristics of a professional building theoretical analysis, aim on the reaso
