簡介:可編程序控制器是專門為工業(yè)控制設(shè)計(jì)的通用自動(dòng)控制裝置。它將計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)和通訊技術(shù)融為一體,成為實(shí)現(xiàn)單機(jī)、車間、工廠自動(dòng)化的核心設(shè)備。近年來我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,為我國郵政生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)代化提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和可靠的技術(shù)保證。為了徹底改變過去人力搬運(yùn)的郵件存儲(chǔ)及分揀開拆狀態(tài),濟(jì)南郵區(qū)中心局投資與貴陽普天集團(tuán)合作上馬安裝了推式懸掛包貯存開拆系統(tǒng),使郵件處理中心的郵袋搬運(yùn)、存儲(chǔ)及開拆工作進(jìn)入一個(gè)嶄新的大型化、自動(dòng)化、集約化的時(shí)代。為完成技術(shù)要求,選用松下電工株氏會(huì)社FPLOSH這個(gè)在工業(yè)中廣泛應(yīng)用的PLC為電控系統(tǒng)的核心,并配以人機(jī)鍵盤操作界面參加控制,對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)設(shè)備自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。本文選擇“PLC在推式懸掛輸送系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用”作為論文題目,旨在闡述如何將可編程序控制器自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)和通訊技術(shù)與郵政生產(chǎn)相結(jié)合,解決企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用問題。我是濟(jì)南郵區(qū)中心局的一名設(shè)備技術(shù)人員,參與了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和安裝工程,通過這篇論文對(duì)這一階段的工作進(jìn)行一下總結(jié),同時(shí)也是再提高和再學(xué)習(xí)。

簡介:本文在分析了生物質(zhì)燃料的壓縮過程的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出一種基于PLC的生物質(zhì)燃料壓縮伺服系統(tǒng),采用OMRON公司CP1HXA40DTD型PLC為控制核心,運(yùn)用PID算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電液比例系統(tǒng)中液壓缸位置控制。給出了電氣控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案,選擇了合適的控制電器,編寫了PLC控制系統(tǒng)的程序,完成了電源、主電路、輔助電路、控制面板的設(shè)計(jì)、制作與安裝。在對(duì)電液伺服控制系統(tǒng)機(jī)構(gòu)特性和工作原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,由液壓缸流量連續(xù)方程、液壓缸負(fù)載力平衡方程、伺服閥電流流量線性化方程等基本方程得到了各個(gè)主要元器件的傳遞函數(shù),建立了相對(duì)完整的電液控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。基于MATLAB繪制的系統(tǒng)根軌跡圖和勞斯判據(jù),得到系統(tǒng)的臨界比例度和臨界振蕩周期,采用臨界比例度的整定方法,求出P調(diào)節(jié)、PI調(diào)節(jié)、PID調(diào)節(jié)3種不同情況下的控制器最佳參數(shù)值,利用SIMULINK下建立的模型對(duì)不同整定參數(shù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明本研究所建立的系統(tǒng)模型基本準(zhǔn)確,整定參數(shù)的方法也是合理的。設(shè)計(jì)了虛擬儀器數(shù)據(jù)采集分析系統(tǒng),能夠采集成型周期中的成型壓力和活塞位移,可適時(shí)觀察、記錄采集到的數(shù)據(jù)。將在壓縮成型過程采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的工作過程。結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)和理論分析的基本一致。該控制系統(tǒng)不僅適用于生物質(zhì)燃料的壓縮系統(tǒng)控制,也可以推廣應(yīng)用于普遍農(nóng)業(yè)及工業(yè)液壓系統(tǒng)之中。

簡介:棉花打包機(jī)作為棉花加工企業(yè)中的一種重要設(shè)備,其作用和地位都是不可替代的。而控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)棉花打包機(jī)能否正常生產(chǎn)起著決定性的作用。自從我國實(shí)行棉花質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)體質(zhì)改革以來,國內(nèi)許多棉花打包機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)難以滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)的要求,進(jìn)行更新?lián)Q代勢在必行。本課題以下項(xiàng)式雙箱液壓打包機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的電氣化改造為背景,通過對(duì)棉花打包的生產(chǎn)工藝、打包機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及生產(chǎn)環(huán)境進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,提出了應(yīng)用可編程序控制器PLC為主要控制單元的控制系統(tǒng)來替代原有繼電接觸控制系統(tǒng)的方案。以PLC控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)為研究重點(diǎn),仔細(xì)分析了棉花打包機(jī)的控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于PLC的控制系統(tǒng),完成了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件程序設(shè)計(jì)以及人機(jī)界面監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。分析了對(duì)棉花打包機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)棉包重量控制與調(diào)節(jié)的方法,采用壓力計(jì)量的方式對(duì)棉包重量進(jìn)行控制。采用壓力變送器采集到踩棉預(yù)壓壓力信號(hào),經(jīng)過AD轉(zhuǎn)換之后得到的數(shù)字量與PLC內(nèi)部設(shè)定值進(jìn)行比較,確定棉包重量是否到達(dá)要求。此外,還考慮了回潮率對(duì)棉包重量的影響,對(duì)棉包的回潮率進(jìn)行檢測,并根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果對(duì)棉包重量進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。論文結(jié)合機(jī)電一體化系統(tǒng)可靠性的相關(guān)理論,分析了影響棉花打包機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的因素。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果將影響棉花打包機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的主要因素分為現(xiàn)場干擾和系統(tǒng)故障這兩類。結(jié)合打包機(jī)的現(xiàn)場工作條件提出了一系列提高棉花打包機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的相關(guān)措施。
