簡介:在素質教育改革的宏觀導引下,我國高等職業(yè)教育領域的改革也呈方興未艾之勢,高等職業(yè)教育集團化辦學模式改革就是其中較為突出的一項。高等職業(yè)教育集團化辦學模式改革有利于整合職教資源,推進產學結合,實現(xiàn)校企優(yōu)勢互補,提升教育教學質量,增強高職教育服務經濟社會的能力,已成為高職界關注的熱點問題。本文在細致梳理相關先行研究的基礎上,運用教育學、經濟學、管理學、組織學等多學科知識,采用文獻研究、調查研究、比較研究等多種方法,分析了我國高等職業(yè)教育集團化辦學模式改革的時代背景,追溯了集團化辦學模式改革的發(fā)展歷程,論述了集團化辦學模式改革的內容要項,并對高等職業(yè)教育集團化辦學模式改革進行了實踐性反思,嘗試性地探討了后續(xù)推展所應遵循的主要原則和措施,以期為進一步深化改革提供某種借鑒和參考。
