    • 簡(jiǎn)介:ADULTEDUCATIONCURRJCULUMDEVELOPMENTOFCHINA’SREMOTERURALCOMMUNITIESTHECASE0FGVILLAGEADISSERTATIONSUBMITTEDTOTHEGRADUATESCHOOLOFHENANNORMALUNIVERSITYINPARTIALFULFILLMENTOFTHEREQUIREMENTSFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTEROFEDUCATIONINSCIENCEBYGAOZHIHONGSUPERVISORPROF.WANGLIYINGAPRIL,2012●●{摘要我國(guó)是世界上農(nóng)村人口撮多的國(guó)家。我國(guó)“三農(nóng)”問題的徹底解決,農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)現(xiàn)與和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建,迫切需要全面提高農(nóng)村人口的綜合素質(zhì),尤其是其科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)。為此,我國(guó)近些年來很重視農(nóng)村社醫(yī)教育。然而,由于我國(guó)人R7多,底子薄,尚處于發(fā)展中,窮圍辦大教育,教育投資有限.因而偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)仍存在政府扶持力度不夠、課程開發(fā)理論和人員缺乏、參與主體素質(zhì)偏低、課程開發(fā)不規(guī)范等諸多問題,嚴(yán)重制約我國(guó)農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。相比之下,美國(guó)、ET本、北歐農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)積累了很多經(jīng)驗(yàn).為我們提供了很好的樣板。為此,我國(guó)偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)應(yīng)科學(xué)地借鑒上述國(guó)家與地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),吸取其教訓(xùn),立足社情與國(guó)情,以人為本,以社區(qū)發(fā)展需求為導(dǎo)向,以解決社區(qū)實(shí)際問題與社區(qū)居民發(fā)展為出發(fā)點(diǎn)及落腳點(diǎn),從加大政府扶持力度、建立健全課程開發(fā)保障機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面入手,切實(shí)提高課程開發(fā)水平,使課程真正體現(xiàn)偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)特色、適切社區(qū)居民生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)與發(fā)展,以求更好地為偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展與建設(shè)服務(wù)。本文分為四章第一章主要包括論文的選題緣由、意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究方法、相關(guān)概念界定、創(chuàng)新與不足等第二章以山西省五臺(tái)縣G村為個(gè)案,陳述了當(dāng)下我國(guó)偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀與問題,并對(duì)其成園進(jìn)行了探析;第三章綜述了美國(guó)、日本、北歐農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)第四章在借鑒國(guó)外農(nóng)村社區(qū)成人教育課程開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教ILI的基礎(chǔ)上提出了我國(guó)偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)課程開發(fā)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持立足社情與以人為本兩大原則,并就提升我國(guó)偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村社區(qū)課程開發(fā)質(zhì)量提出了具體的措施與建議。關(guān)鍵詞偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)1|,農(nóng)村社區(qū),成人教育,課程開發(fā)
