簡介:復旦大學碩士學位論文中國當代民辦高等教育探微現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策思考姓名董卉申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)應(yīng)用社會學指導教師胡守鈞2000111場規(guī)律和要求配置其資源,有助于資金來源、師資隊伍等要素的靈活選擇和質(zhì)量最優(yōu)。在社會對民辦高等教育的發(fā)展提出了需求并創(chuàng)造了發(fā)展條件的同時,我國民辦高等教育在彌補國家財政對高等教育支出不足、創(chuàng)造更多高等教育機會、提高高等教育的靈活性與多樣性、促進高等教育質(zhì)量提高等方面,也在發(fā)揮不可或缺的作用。然而由于我國當代民辦高等教育發(fā)展的歷史并不長,在辦學規(guī)范與質(zhì)量、在學校與政府的權(quán)責關(guān)系等方面還存在一些問題,只有將這些問題理清,才能既防止民辦高校辦學不當、質(zhì)量不高,又保證其不受外界不合理的壓力的干涉,保持獨立自主,這就需要通過立法來保證民辦高等教育健康發(fā)展。在本論文的最后,筆者在總結(jié)前人成果的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒和吸收國外私立高等教育的經(jīng)驗,對我國民辦高等教育的立法以及立法中的具體內(nèi)容,主要是民辦高等教育資金來源、民辦高等教育的評估制度問題提出了一些初步的看法。希望能夠拋磚引玉,引起理論研究者、實務(wù)者和政策制定者對這些問題的關(guān)注,在民辦高等教育發(fā)展的實踐中,不斷探索,將問題解決,從而推動民辦高等教育更好的發(fā)展。并通過民辦高等教育的發(fā)展,推動相關(guān)社會問題的解決。,、/‘、“對于本論文中存在的不足之處,敬請師長批評指正。∥關(guān)鍵詞民辦高等教育社會轉(zhuǎn)型準公共產(chǎn)品營利性分類號延墮多一一丁
