簡介:本論文首先從教育學(xué)、人才需求、教育產(chǎn)業(yè)、人力資本等角度,對普通高等院校舉辦高職教育的理論基礎(chǔ)和必要性進(jìn)行了探討,得出普通高等院校舉辦高職教育是現(xiàn)代高等教育人才類型和教育類型多樣化以及中國現(xiàn)階段“大力發(fā)展高職教育”需要充分利用現(xiàn)有資源,實(shí)行開放式高職辦學(xué)體制的客觀需要,也是本科院校在中國高等教育大眾化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,擴(kuò)大辦學(xué)規(guī)模,滿足社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民群眾日益增長的教育需求的戰(zhàn)略選擇。其次,對國內(nèi)外普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地比較,在分析了中國高職教育現(xiàn)存的一系列問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出中國高職教育在需要借鑒國外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建適合我國國情的普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展新模式。最后,以石河子大學(xué)高職學(xué)院為例,研究構(gòu)建了“依托母體、獨(dú)立發(fā)展,校企合作、產(chǎn)教結(jié)合”的普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展模式,提出石河子大學(xué)高職學(xué)院應(yīng)該走股份制道路,并對相應(yīng)的保障措施進(jìn)行了研究。

簡介:山西大學(xué)2008屆碩士學(xué)位論文高等教育價值取向研究作者姓名指導(dǎo)教師閏震普侯懷銀教授學(xué)科專業(yè)高等教育學(xué)研究方向高等教育原理培養(yǎng)單位教育科學(xué)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)年限2005年9月一2008年6月二OO八年六月摘要本研究在對高等教育價值取向進(jìn)行概述的基礎(chǔ)上,對中外高等教育價值取向的演變歷程進(jìn)行了回顧與分析,闡明了高等教育價值取向演變的基本規(guī)律、特征及其趨勢;從受教育者生命發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展及高等教育自身發(fā)展三個維度八手,對高等教育價值取向的基本依據(jù)及基本要求進(jìn)行了思考,提出了一種理想的高等教育價值取向。高等教育價值取向是指主體對高等教育進(jìn)行價值認(rèn)識的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身發(fā)展需要選擇、判斷高等教育價值時所體現(xiàn)、遵循的一種價值傾向或意向。高等教育價值取向與高等教育價值、高等教育價值觀、教育價值取向等概念既相互區(qū)別,又有著內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系??疾旄叩冉逃齼r值取向的演變歷程,無論是從中世紀(jì)大學(xué)產(chǎn)生至當(dāng)代西方高等教育實(shí)踐,還是我國改革開放前后高等教育的發(fā)展,其間,受社會發(fā)展理念與高等教育自身發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的雙重影響,人們對高等教育價值的選擇與衡量基本上是以高等教育對社會生存與延續(xù)需要的片面滿足程度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,即高等教育的基本價值取向是以工具理性為指導(dǎo)的社會取向。在工具理性的指導(dǎo)下,人們對高等教育價值的判斷以高等教育活動向受教育者傳授知識的多少,高等教育對科學(xué)技術(shù)、社會文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、政治體制與結(jié)構(gòu)某一方面需要的滿足為主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),忽視了高等教育對社會主體全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的作用與效應(yīng),忽視了高等教育對受教育者主體生命發(fā)展的關(guān)懷及高等教育自身發(fā)展的本質(zhì)與要求這樣一些作為高等教育基本價值標(biāo)志的因素,致使高等教育的基本功能得不到應(yīng)有發(fā)揮,高等教育活動失去了存在的合法性。對高等教育進(jìn)行價值選擇,其基本著眼點(diǎn)應(yīng)從高等教育對社會主體發(fā)展、受教育者主體生命全面自由發(fā)展及高等教育自身主體性發(fā)展的效應(yīng)入手,傳統(tǒng)高等教育價值取向缺少的正是這方面的意義,而這也正是理想高等教育價值取向的依據(jù)。這種意義上的高等教育價值取向?qū)Ω叩冉逃嚓P(guān)思想的形成,高等教育基本功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)及高等教育系統(tǒng)自身的發(fā)展有著重要的作用與影響。換言之,時代所要求的高等教育價值取向應(yīng)當(dāng)充分體現(xiàn)當(dāng)代社會發(fā)展的基本理念、對受教育者生命發(fā)展的高度關(guān)懷及當(dāng)代高等教育發(fā)展的基本特點(diǎn)。從以上意義講,當(dāng)前及未來理想的高等教育價值取向應(yīng)是價值理性指導(dǎo)下的高等教育主體性價值取向。這種高等教育價值取向是對傳統(tǒng)工具理性指導(dǎo)下的價值取向的一種揚(yáng)棄與超越。在這種價值取向指導(dǎo)下,

簡介:高等教育的學(xué)生資助問題是中國近年來教育改革的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問題之一高等教育學(xué)生資助的實(shí)施是以學(xué)費(fèi)水平不斷攀升學(xué)生及其家庭無力獨(dú)自承擔(dān)為現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景的該文運(yùn)用國別專題的研究方法和教育社會學(xué)的理論模式簡要地界定和分析了學(xué)生資助的有關(guān)概念和理論依據(jù)系統(tǒng)地考察了中美兩國高等教育學(xué)生資助的政策演變、實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢探討了兩國面臨的共同的學(xué)生資助問題如資助基金的來源渠道不暢、資助實(shí)施中難以兼顧效率與公平、回收有償資助基金的拖欠和違約問題嚴(yán)重等找出了兩國學(xué)生資助實(shí)施與發(fā)展過程中的差異立足于中國國情分析了中國學(xué)生資助體系在形成初期遇到的問題和困難總結(jié)了美國學(xué)生資助的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)如運(yùn)行體制完善規(guī)范、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、功能明確等明確了對中國學(xué)生資助體系改革的啟示和借鑒意義并提出了健全和完善中國高等教育學(xué)生資助體系的有效措施
