簡介:摘要7目前高等職業(yè)教育的課程建設(shè)已成為制約我國高職教育發(fā)展的重要因素,能否構(gòu)建出一套符合高職教育人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的課程體系是關(guān)系高職教育改革成敗的關(guān)鍵。4本文正是以高職課程建設(shè)中的核心課程設(shè)計(jì)作為突破口,提出了具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的設(shè)計(jì)原則、技術(shù)路線以及對策建議,力求為處于高職教學(xué)第一線的課程工作者提供一套可行的課程設(shè)計(jì)方案。為了論證這一方案的科學(xué)性與合理性,本文首先揭示了高職課程設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)涵與外延,分析了高職課程的四大特征以及影響高職課程設(shè)計(jì)的主要因素,并將其與高職課程設(shè)計(jì)的三大理論依據(jù)共同構(gòu)建為設(shè)計(jì)方案的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,在考察眾多高職院校課程設(shè)計(jì)方案的前提下,運(yùn)用比較研究的方法,對普遍流行的三種課程設(shè)計(jì)模式進(jìn)行了深入的分析與探討,并以此作為構(gòu)建高職課程設(shè)計(jì)方案的實(shí)證基礎(chǔ)。最終,在理論研究與實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出本文的結(jié)論,即模塊化高職課程設(shè)計(jì)方案。關(guān)健詞T課程課程設(shè)計(jì)7模塊化。第一章堵論第一章緒論自1979年中國共產(chǎn)黨十一屆三中全會以來,我國實(shí)現(xiàn)了以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移。由此對人才的培養(yǎng)也提出了更高的要求。單就高等教育而言,其不但要為我國的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供高質(zhì)量的主要從事科學(xué)理論研究、發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律、創(chuàng)造理論、提供思路,而不以為社會謀取直接利益為目的的學(xué)術(shù)型人才以及主要從事工程設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃決策、管理指揮等工作的工程型人才,而且要為祖國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛注入大量的主要在生產(chǎn)第一線或工作現(xiàn)場從事為社會直接謀取利益的技術(shù)型和技能型人才,即技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。而技術(shù)型與技能型人才主要區(qū)別在于前者是一批介于工程師和操作工人之間的中間人才,依靠其所掌握的成熟的技術(shù)和服務(wù)規(guī)范,使工程型人才的設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃、決策變換成為物質(zhì)形態(tài)的物品或者對社會產(chǎn)生具體作用;后者則是主要依賴操作技能進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)和服務(wù),使技術(shù)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。①這兩類人才的嚴(yán)重缺乏,正是目前制約我國科學(xué)技術(shù)向現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化的關(guān)鍵因素之~。為此,從20世紀(jì)80年代開始,我國東南沿海地區(qū)及一些經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的中心城市舉辦了新型地方性大學(xué)職業(yè)大學(xué)。這就是我國最早的高等職業(yè)學(xué)校。高等職業(yè)教育從此在我國掀開了嶄新的一頁。高等職業(yè)教育,是職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的高層次,是高等教育的重要組成部分,是在具有高中文化基礎(chǔ)上的,培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)第一線具備綜合職業(yè)能力和全面素質(zhì)的高級實(shí)用型人才。相當(dāng)于聯(lián)合國教科文組織頒發(fā)的國際教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分類中的LEVELESB。這同我國傳統(tǒng)高等教育,即LEVEL5A相比,兩者存在十分明顯的區(qū)別。其中,最為關(guān)鍵的區(qū)別體現(xiàn)在人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的基本特征上普通高校是按學(xué)科設(shè)置專業(yè),按學(xué)科理論體系設(shè)置課程,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生所學(xué)知識的系統(tǒng)性、完整性,培養(yǎng)的是能夠研究和發(fā)現(xiàn)客觀規(guī)律并將其成果表現(xiàn)為科學(xué)原理的學(xué)術(shù)型人才,以及能夠把科學(xué)原理演變成設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃和決策的工程型人才。高職教育則是以社會需求為目標(biāo),以技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng)為主線設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生的知識、能力、素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和培養(yǎng)方案,以培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線需要的高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用性專門人才為根本任務(wù)。隨著高等教育改革的不斷深入,高等職業(yè)教育、高等??平逃统扇烁叩冉逃谌瞬排囵B(yǎng)目標(biāo)上已日趨一致,培養(yǎng)高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用性專門人才成為其共同宗旨和本質(zhì)特征所以近期教育部決定把這類三類教育簡稱為高職高專教育。但是,從突出職業(yè)性特點(diǎn)出發(fā),我們認(rèn)為將其稱為高等職業(yè)教育簡稱高職,下同,則有助于其區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)術(shù)型??平逃?,有利于把握高職教育課程研究的方向,因此,本論文采用高等職業(yè)教育的提法。高職教育在我國雖然起步較晚,但卻取得了一定的成績。根據(jù)1999年的統(tǒng)。薛喜民‘積極發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育為城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)服務(wù)?!虾8呓萄芯?,1997年第12期1
