簡(jiǎn)介:1999年國(guó)務(wù)院批轉(zhuǎn)的教育部面向21世紀(jì)教育振興行動(dòng)計(jì)劃明確提出我國(guó)高等教育要有較大發(fā)展到2010年高等教育適齡人口入學(xué)率達(dá)到15邁入世界多數(shù)國(guó)家所共識(shí)的高等教育大眾化階段由于高等教育大眾化階段與高等教育精英階段的巨大差異和新時(shí)期的新變化使高校德育工作面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)因此必須積極探索相對(duì)系統(tǒng)化的高等教育大眾化階段的高校德育工作理論并運(yùn)用于德育工作的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)發(fā)揮德育的最大功效本文主要從五個(gè)部分對(duì)高等教育大眾化時(shí)期的高校德育工作進(jìn)行了研究第一高等教育大眾化概述通過(guò)對(duì)高等教育大眾化理論基本觀點(diǎn)的介紹和世界以及我國(guó)高等教育大眾化發(fā)展歷程的歷史考察深入分析了我國(guó)高等教育大眾化階段的特點(diǎn)旨在為我國(guó)高等教育大眾化的德育工作探討奠定良好的理論前提和實(shí)踐平臺(tái)第二、第三我國(guó)高等教育大眾化時(shí)期德育工作面臨的新情況、新問(wèn)題從國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)、時(shí)代的特點(diǎn)以及高等教育改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)分析大學(xué)生思想道德建設(shè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)深刻探析高等教育大眾化新時(shí)期大學(xué)生道德觀念狀況和高校德育工作存在的問(wèn)題準(zhǔn)確把握新時(shí)期高校德育工作的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)第四適應(yīng)高等教育大眾化新形勢(shì)積極完善和創(chuàng)新高校德育工作的內(nèi)容根據(jù)中國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校德育大綱和大眾化教育的要求著力于從人的和諧發(fā)展的角度論述公民教育、民族教育、法制教育、心理健康教育、性道德教育等是我國(guó)高等教育大眾化階段德育必須補(bǔ)充、完善和加強(qiáng)的內(nèi)容第五創(chuàng)新德育工作理念改進(jìn)德育模式提高德育功效探討如何貫徹以人為本的德育理念來(lái)改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)高校德育工作增強(qiáng)德育實(shí)效性和時(shí)代性
