2、’s, education expenditures have increased steadily. A series of significant reforms have been made on the system of higher education. The previous financial system which allowed total fund from the government and unifi
3、ed revenue and expenditure has been changed. Universities have transformed from mere teaching and researching in the past into a juridical entity of a series of activities such as teaching, researching, technology dev
4、elopment, technology consulting services, production and schooling for the community. But with the rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education, most higher vocational colleges either have the problem of
5、 poor management, or bad facilities, or relatively extensive teaching process.Meanwhile, the inner management issues of the colleges are particularly prominent which restricts the sustainable development of higher vocati
6、onal colleges to a large extent. The students, scale, hardware and software facilities are all factors that will effect the manage performance. So the research on improving the manage performance of higher vocational col
7、leges has become urgent for modern education research. The thesis is committed to increase the management performance level of the higher vocational colleges effectively and quickly. By using Delphi, it established the i
8、ndex system of influence factors for improving the manage performance from the aspects of both internal and external environment, and from the three angles of external environment, school factors and student factors. Amo
9、ng them, the external factors include 10 factors such as financial subsidies, education laws and regulations, government supervision , the level of economic development, the income level of residents, social values, ch
10、ange of family structure, the situation of employment structure, school rivals and the mode of economic growth; School factors include 12 factors such as school property, school position, school scale, incentive system,
11、 principal leadership, brand consciousness ,service ability, teaching staff, teaching conditions, professional courses, teaching achievements and school characteristic, etc; Students factors include 5 factors such as th
12、e number of students, students' quality, employment situation, alumni donations and social contribution. Then through analyzing various factors the writer obtained the relationship between each other. 1 and 0 are u
13、sed to illustrate. 1 means A has direct effect on B, while 0 means no direct effect . Based on the relational matrix as the initial matrix, by using DEMATEL, the writer built the key factors analysis model for improving
14、the manage performance in college A, obtained quantitatively mutual influence degree among the indexes , the comprehensive influence degree of the indexes, the reason degrees and center degrees with the help of MATLAB
