1、隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的高速發(fā)展，本地化服務(wù)需求的迅速擴大為翻譯產(chǎn)業(yè)注入了新的活力。翻譯已不是傳統(tǒng)的一個或幾個譯者獨立完成的活動，而是需要一個團隊或幾個團隊合作共同來完成的活動，也就是通過翻譯項目管理的形式來獲得客戶滿意的活動。翻譯項目管理作為一種高效的管理方式已經(jīng)在翻譯服務(wù)業(yè)中得以廣泛應(yīng)用。
本文以翻譯項目管理理論為基礎(chǔ)，以作者擔(dān)任《海隆人》雜志漢英TEP項目經(jīng)理的經(jīng)歷為依據(jù)，從翻譯項目經(jīng)理的角度對該項目進行了描述。本報告重點介紹了
