4、f community correction. Community correction is highly valued in western countries, and it has become one of the most critical judicial systems in developed countries such as Europe and the United states. Community corre

5、ction started in China in 2002, and it was also in the past ten years that Chinese scholars began to study community correction. The domestic research focuses on the theory and system of community correction, and seldom

6、studies the practical content, and lacks the corresponding guidance to the community correction practice. In order to improve the management level of community correction, but also provide effective suggestions for commu

7、nity correction legislation, it is necessary to find out through the field investigation of community correction problems and analysis the reasons for in-depth study. This paper uses literature review and questionnaire s

8、urvey to analyze the shortcomings of community correction in W district and the corresponding countermeasures. First of all, this paper introduces the basic theory, theoretical basis, concepts and basic ideas of communit

9、y correction. Secondly, from China's community correction development starting with the status quo, leads to W community corrections and the status quo, existing community correction management process; at the same t

10、ime, the use of statistical data and sampling statistics of W district community correction data management. Again, based on the analysis of relevant data, the causes of community corrections management present situation
