3、copy(FTIR)scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)energydispersiveXrayspectroscopy(EDS)transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).Theresultsshowedthatthemesopoussilicahadnonrigidwmholelikepestructure.Distributionofpesizeincreased(3.65.1

4、6.313.7nmrespectively)specificsurfaceareadecreased(512.8437.5315.3247.8m2g?1respectively)pevolumereduced(1.3440.9010.7750.768cm3g?1respectively)withthepHvalueofthehydrothermalsolutionincreased.ThesynthesizedMPSwasthenuti

5、lizedassupptsfimmobilizationofPcinepancreaticlipase(PPL)byphysicaladsption.ThemeasurementsofN2adsptiondesptionFTIREDSdemonstratedthatPPLhadbeenadsbedintothechannelsoftheMPS.Hydrolysisreactionoftriacetincatalyzedbyimmobil

6、izedfreeenzymehadbeenstudied.TheoptimalreactionconditionsoffreePPLispH=7.035℃whereastheimmobilizedPPLwaspH=8.045℃.TheresultsindicatedthatimmobilizedPPLhadtheexcellentadaptabilityinwidepHtemperaturerangesofreactionmedium.

7、ComparedtofreePPLtheimmobilizedPPLsamplespossessbetterthermalstabilitywhichstillretainabout40%oftheinitialactivityafterbeingreusedsixtimes.ThemesopousmaterialswithdifferentdistributionsofpesizenamedMSDS1.2MSDS6MSDS12MSDS

8、60werepreparedusinggelatinanionicsurfactantsodiumdodecylsulphate(SDS)asadualtemplatesodiumsilicateassilicasource.ByaddingdifferentconcentrationsofSDSthedistributionofthegeingelatincouldbechangedelectrostaticinteractionin

9、termolecularhydrogenbondwereeffectedthevolumeofgelatinchainwasfurtheradjusted.Inthiswaythedistributionofpesizeofsilicawascontrolled.ThematerialswereacterizedbyN2adsptiondesptionEDSTEM.Theresultssuggestedthatmesopoussilic

10、astillhadamphouswmholelikepestructuremeoverthemphologystructureoffourmaterialsweresimilar.PPLwasimmobilizedonMSDS1.2MSDS6MSDS12MSDS60withphysicaladsptionatoptimalimmobilizedconditions(25℃6hphosphatebufferpH=7.0).Theimmob
