1、隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、公司惜人才重人才意識(shí)的提高及對(duì)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放,中國(guó)人力資源領(lǐng)域的情況明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。在人力資源管理領(lǐng)域,盛行的觀念無(wú)疑是通過(guò)激勵(lì)政策的執(zhí)行在員工態(tài)度,流失率,生產(chǎn)力和公司利益諸方面上達(dá)到理想效果。但是盡管如此,科學(xué)驗(yàn)證和實(shí)踐考證依然是有限的。以有關(guān)人力資源激勵(lì)政策和企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的后現(xiàn)代方法為參照物,本論文旨在推動(dòng)人力資源管理的發(fā)展。本論文同時(shí)著眼于公司員工的心理特點(diǎn)以及其對(duì)人力資源管理性能的影響。人力資源激勵(lì)政策的執(zhí)行對(duì)員
2、工心理,態(tài)度,表現(xiàn)甚至于整個(gè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力有莫大的關(guān)系。
論文首先研究了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于發(fā)展人力資源管理的五種理論方法的視角。這五種視角包括人類需求金字塔理論,XY理論,十種管理角色理論,衛(wèi)生激勵(lì)理論以及十四種管理原則理論。每一種視角被獨(dú)立討論,目的在于發(fā)現(xiàn)該視角的著手點(diǎn),被使用的方法和在將來(lái)的可行性。因此展現(xiàn)了論文選題的原因,目的,深遠(yuǎn)意義和研究基于的猜想并且回顧了和此選題相關(guān)的背景并且討論了不少人力資源管理的理論和實(shí)踐
3、知識(shí);其次,以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式對(duì)重慶市最大的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)之一內(nèi)的來(lái)自于超過(guò)20個(gè)國(guó)家的過(guò)500位員工(表現(xiàn)在員工的數(shù)量和國(guó)籍的多樣性上)展開(kāi)了研究。這份調(diào)查問(wèn)卷涵蓋的內(nèi)容都是基于管理層和員工反饋而精心設(shè)計(jì)以定位人力資源管理上遇到的挑戰(zhàn)并且以工作滿意度為主旨。除此以外,本論文也包含了五年來(lái)的個(gè)人觀察以及與一百位員工進(jìn)行的面對(duì)面的詢問(wèn)。根據(jù)對(duì)調(diào)查收集的數(shù)據(jù)和樣本的分析和對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果的收集,對(duì)預(yù)先建立的人力資源體系進(jìn)行修正,得到公司理想化人力資源體系
