1、Linear guide pairs are widely used to guide, support, locate, and accurately move machinery components and products in a wide range of automation applications.Linear guide pairs provide low friction, smooth, accurate mot

2、ion for nearly any moment or normal loading condition.Major applications include factory automation, medical, packaging, machine tool, semiconductor, printing, automotive assembly, aerospace and food processing.

3、 relationship between structure and properties of linear guide pairs are researched in this work.The linear guide pairs are chosen for experiment.Vibration and stiffness properties of linear rolling guide pair are taken

4、as main properties.
  Five linear guide pairs are chosen for experiment: three are ball circulating type and two are roller type of linear rolling guides.The product of abroad company-1, abroad company-2, Chinese comp

5、any-1 and Chinese company-2 are taken.
  The stiffness is measured experimentally and proved by FEA analysis.The simulation analyses are done by Ansys Workbench 14.0.The stiffness is proved by Static Structural simula

6、tion analysis.The FEA prediction and experiment results are compared and explained properly.
  Through the hammer impact test the natural frequencies of linear guide pairs are measured.All five linear guide pairs are

7、examined.The results of hammer impact test are discussed and explained.
