3、ect the expression percentage of IL-4 and IFN- γ inCD3+/CD8-Tcell.Results The expression percentage of CD3+CD8-IL-4+Tcell in normal controls was 2.76 ±1.25, of CD3+CD8-IFN-γ+Tcell was 18.8±3.87; of CD3+CD8-IL-4+ T

4、cell in allergic rhinitis group was 7.95 ± 1.81, of CD3+CD8-IFN-γ +Tcell was 10.18 ± 2.76; of CD3+CD8-IL-4+Tcell in nasal polyps was 6.46± 1.97, of CD3+CD8-IFN-γ +Tcell was 55.12±5.57, CD3+CD8-IL-4+Tcell and CD3+CD8-IFN-

5、γ +Tcell in nasal polyps group were significantly higher than that in normal controls (p＜0.05). While the percentage of CD3+CD8-IFN-γ +Tcell in allergic rhinitis group was singnificantly decreased than of the controls

6、(p＜0.05), of CD3+CD8-IL-4+Tcell weas significantly higher than that in normal controls (p＜0.05). Conclusion For recurrent nasal polyps patients, Th1/Th2 cell are all enhanced. They secrete various cytokins .These
