5、ionaleducationwhereasmanyproblemsexistaswell.Fexamplepolicyrelatedlawsregulationsisincompletethemanagementisnotsmooththegovernmentfunctionsoffsidecapitalinvestmentisinsufficientthesupptfthecooperationbetweencollegesenter
6、priseisweaketc.Thekeystepincrectingtheproblemistoimprovetheroleofgovernmentwhichisalsoadesideratetaskatpresent.BasedontheaboveissuestakingthesituationofZibofinstancethedissertationcloselyfocusedontheroleoflocalgovernment
7、inthedevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationanalyzesthereasonsftheproblemsofthedevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationbydatastudycasesstudycomparativestudybringsfwardthecrespondingcountermeasuresmeasuresoflocalgovernmentto
8、solvetheproblemsinthedevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationpromoteitsdevelopment.Thedissertationconsistsoffivechapters.Thefirstchapterexplainstherelatedconceptsfoundationsoftheeticalresearchofhighervocationaleducation.Th
