3、roblemseverelyrestrictedthequalityofeducationlimitedthefairnessofeducationviolatedtheprincipleof“qualityeducation”.Consequentlythesolutionof“l(fā)argeclass”problemistheurgentdemofeducationaldevelopmentsocialprogressinourcoun
4、try.Thispaperanalyzesthe“l(fā)argeclass”situationofShongProvince.Thestatisticresultsshowedthatthe“l(fā)argeclass”probleminurbanareasaremeseriousthanthatinruralareasthesenischoolshowedmeseriousconditionthanelementaryschooljunihig
5、hschool.WiththeinfluencefactsanalysisofninecitiesinShongProvinceitcanbeobtainedthattheproptionof“l(fā)argeclass”issignificantlynegativelycrelatedwiththeurbanizationrate(r=0.873)negativelycrelatedwiththepercapitaGDP(r=0.767).
6、Throughanalyzefecastonthefuturedevelopmentof“l(fā)argeclass”problemitcanbeconcludedthatShongProvincewillconfrontameserioussituationonthisissue.Basedonthe“l(fā)argeclass”situationofShongProvincetherelatedexperiencesathomeabroadwe
7、advisethecomprehensivesolutionstoresolvethe“l(fā)argeclass”problemofShongProvince.Firstlythe“l(fā)argeclass”quotacanberuledbylegalmeansthedefinitionof“l(fā)argeclass”canalsobedelegated.Secondlythebalancedeconomydevelopmentshouldbeac
