5、ttonproducingareasinHubeiProvince，15isolatesofIfdahliaewereobtainedandsingleconidium(SC)isolationwasmadetofurtherpIlri母theseparentalisolatesCulturalstudiesshowedthatgrowthrate，sporeproductionandcolonymorphologyvariedamon

6、gtheseSCisolatesThegrowthraterangedbetween16and23cm／dandsporeproductionchangedfrom069x108to2OOxl0S／gfreshACSsubslrateHowevertherelevantCO—efficientbetweenthegrowthrateandsporeproduction(r00781WaSnotsignificantlydifferent

7、(a=005)AfterthecultureswereincubatedOilPDAfbrl5days，threeculturaltypes，white，blackandgray(intermediate)，wereobserved，andl，11and5isolateswereincludedineachgroup，respectivelyAfterthecultureswereincubatedonACSfor30days，anot
