3、omposting Abstract Cattle manure is one of the main breeding sites of pathogenic such as staphylococcus aureus pathogens. Pathogens make feces decay and produce strong stench, directly threat to livestock and poultry pr
4、oduction performance, ecological environment and human health. Compost is the effective methods of recycling, reduction and free-pollution disposal to poultry and animal feces. Considering the problems in the treatment o
5、f the livestock feces, the isolation and identification of the Staphylococcus aureus in the dairy cow intestine was studied according to the recent study abroad. The experiment investigates adding lime nitrogen to cattle
6、 manure compost on killing effect of Staphylococcus aureus and compost effect. The result was: 1 37 Staphylococcus aureus suspected strains were selected in 206 samples among which 7 Staphylococcus aureus were isolated a
7、nd the isolation rate was 20.59%; Staphylococcus aureus was high sensitive to the Danshen、Dahuang and Gouqi , but it was not sensitive to the other herbal medicine. 2 in cattle manure compost, 30℃was the proper temperatu
8、re under which Staphylococcus aureus could not be detected after composting for 3 days with 2.5% and 3%lime nitrogen addition. While Staphylococcus aureus in the control group and the group with 2%lime nitrogen addition
9、was still alive. 3 lime nitrogen could kill E.coli quickly. The temperature of treatment 0% steped up quickly.The temperature up to the higher of 2%、3% and 4%treatment was put off, but the quantity of E.coli was less tha
10、n the standardization; Along with the increase of lime nitrogen, total organic carbon decline in treatment 2%、3%and 4% was not clear. increment of T-N in treatment 2%、 3%and 4% was taper. And the time to the digest was l
