1、北半球北半球500hPa高度場定常波不平穩(wěn)性分析高度場定常波不平穩(wěn)性分析周國華1王盤興1施寧1李巧萍2佘高杰11.南京信息工程大學(xué)大氣科學(xué)，南京2100442.中國氣象局國家氣候中心，北京100081摘要提出并闡明Lenz環(huán)流分解意義下的定常波不平穩(wěn)性概念，它是月平均圖上緯向波動(dòng)分量氣候變率與定常波強(qiáng)度相對(duì)大小的表征。根據(jù)Lenz環(huán)流分解，定義全域(局域)定常波不平穩(wěn)度()，分析了北半球500hPa位勢高度場定常波強(qiáng)度較大的30—60N

2、緯usIlusI帶的定常波不平穩(wěn)性，結(jié)果表明：(1)全域定常波不平穩(wěn)帶位置存在季節(jié)性北進(jìn)、南退過程。平穩(wěn)的定常波出現(xiàn)在冬季的35—55N的中緯度帶和夏季的副熱帶地區(qū)（35N以南），分別與冬季的東亞大槽、北美槽和較弱的歐洲槽，以及夏季的副熱帶高壓等系統(tǒng)相聯(lián)系。不平穩(wěn)度的高值中心出現(xiàn)在春季的35N和夏季的50N，這與定常波強(qiáng)度季節(jié)變化和月平均圖上槽脊位置、強(qiáng)度年際異常有關(guān)。(2)局域定常波不平穩(wěn)度存在著明顯的緯向不對(duì)稱性。平穩(wěn)帶通常位于定常

3、波的強(qiáng)槽強(qiáng)脊所控制的區(qū)域，而不平穩(wěn)帶通常位于定常波強(qiáng)度較弱的區(qū)域。副熱帶(35N及以南)局域定常波不平穩(wěn)度冬強(qiáng)于夏，中緯度(35N及以北)則夏強(qiáng)于冬。夏季局域定常波不平穩(wěn)度地理分布具有復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)。但無論冬夏，北歐是定常波最不平穩(wěn)的地區(qū)，北美大陸附近的定常波則相對(duì)平穩(wěn)。(3)夏季，從華北經(jīng)東北至北太平洋存在一個(gè)定常波不平穩(wěn)度高值帶，其高值中心位于中國黑龍江省東部(45N，130E)，主要影響中國北方(東北、華北、西北)，可能是該區(qū)夏季氣候

9、occurinlatitudes(3555N)inwinterinthesubtropicalzone(southof35N)insummer.SpecificallytheyareassociatedrespectivelywiththemajtroughsofEastAsiaNthAmericatheweakerEuropeantroughinwintertherelativelysteadysubtropicalhighsyste

10、minsummer.Ahighvaluecenterofthedeviationindexappearsat35Ninspring50Ninsummerwhichreflectstheseasonalvariationofthestrengthofstationarywavesthatoftheirzonaldistributions.(2)Thedegreeofdeviationflocalstationarywavesclearly

11、showsazonalasymmetry.Thesteadyzonesofstationarywavesarealwayslocatedintheareascontrolledbystrongtroughsridgeswhereastheanomalousonesareintheareaswherethestationarywaveintensityisweak.Thedegreeofdeviationflocalstationaryw

12、avesinthesubtropics(southof35N)islargerinwinterthaninsummerthereverseistrueinthelatituderegion(nthof35N).Thesummertimedistributionofthedeviationindexonthewholeshowsarathercomplicatedstructure.HoweverNthEuropeisthemostano

13、malousareaflocalstationarywavesasrepresentedbyahighvalueofinbothsummerwinterwhileovertheNthAmericanContinent(about120lusI60W)isslightlylessthan1insummerindicatingthatthestationarywavesinthislusIregionaremesteadythanthose

14、overotherhighlatituderegions.(3)FromNthChinatotheNthwestPacificthereisahighvaluezoneofinsummerwithitscenter(45lusIN，130E)locatedtotheeastofHeilongjiangProvincewhichimpactsthenthernareasofChina.Thismayexplainwhytheseareas
