3、AYABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACTWith the continuous deepening of economic globalization, as well as China's rapideconomic development, air transport industry is in rapid development period. However,accidents abo
4、ut aircrafts overshot the runway when taking off and landing often occur, most ofthem are due to the low friction coefficient of the airport runway. In view of that, measuring thefriction coefficient of runway has being
5、become more and more important. It can guarantee theefficiency of aircraft operations and the safety of people's lives and property.The friction coefficient test vehicle for airport runway is special measuring equipm
6、ent formeasuring the airport runway friction coefficient. From its measure data, we can know whetherthe runway is suitable for safe takeoff and landing of aircraft, and whether the runway needs tomaintain. Up to now, Chi
7、na is unable to produce the kind of measuring equipment, so theequipment has to be imported from abroad. But the imported equipments are not only expensive,but also have many problems in structural design, failure rates
8、and after-sales service, etc.With researching on the working principle, the electric control systems and the applyinginformation of the runway friction coefficient test vehicle, a design plan was proposed, and thenwas co
9、mpleted with completion of the various hardware and software function modules of theoverall design. This system uses industrial control computer as a host computer, which is used toreceive the operation instructions of o
10、perator, send control commands to slave computer, displayand print data, etc. PLC, the slave computer, is used to control the hydraulic system and themechanical system, and return the sensor output value pretreated to th
11、e host computer. LabVIEWis the software development tool in this system. Modular design is introduced into the softwaredesign. Many software and hardware means are used to ensure the accuracy for data processingand data
