3、g a serious problem in our society.This is a prominent problem during the process of the construction of rural teachers team. It not only affects the teaching of schools and the growth of students in rural ar
4、eas, but also constraints the development of education in the undeveloped and ethnic minority areas. How do we recognize and resolve the problem? It means if we can set up a stable and high-quality teachers
5、team in rural areas. Guangxi is a typical less-developed western ethnic minority area. The development of economic, cultural, science, technology and education in Guangxi has a large gap with other provinces. Because of
6、 the national and regional differences, different schools in different regions are very different. The research subjuct of this paper is the primary school teachers in rural areas of Guangxi; the research methods are que
7、stionnaires, interviews, observation and literature, and the use of multivariate statistical analysis approach, including qualitative research and quantitative research.By the survey of the rural primary school
8、 teachers of Guangxi,this paper tries to find the reasons and factors why they leave for other places,then tries to solve these problems so as to build a stable and high-quality teachers team in rural areas. This paper h
9、as four chapters.The first chapter is the Introduction.Chapter II is to investigate the basic situation of teachers outflow in rural areas of Guangxi.Chapter III is to analyze the factors of rural primary school teachers
10、 outflow.The fourth chapter is the solutions. In this paper, there are field surveys in 17 primary schools which are scattered in four counties (cities) of Guangxi Province, questionnaire surveys of
