簡介:本文根據(jù)大量實例現(xiàn)象和相關(guān)論著,結(jié)合自己的求學(xué)經(jīng)歷和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,通過采訪、調(diào)查等方法獲得一手資料,從中國高等攝影教育的辦學(xué)體系、教學(xué)硬件設(shè)施的配套以及軟環(huán)境建設(shè)等方面全面分析了中國高校攝影教育目前存在的問題,找出各個環(huán)節(jié)問題產(chǎn)生的原因,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外成功范例給出解決問題的建議,對優(yōu)化高等攝影教育辦學(xué)機(jī)制,理順教學(xué)秩序,提高教育質(zhì)量具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。全文除去序言共分四個部分第一章,中國高等攝影教育的體系現(xiàn)狀及制度分析?;仡櫫酥袊叩葦z影教育的辦學(xué)歷史并對目前的辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀規(guī)模進(jìn)行掃描,指出了辦學(xué)中存在的“肥皂泡”問題。分析了攝影招考制度差異大,考察側(cè)重點各不相同的情況對教學(xué)的不良影響。指出根據(jù)學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件和社會需求明確辦學(xué)方向的重要性,特別提出有必要開辦培養(yǎng)照材經(jīng)營管理與制造開發(fā)的影像工程類專業(yè)方向。結(jié)合實例強調(diào)在課程設(shè)置中應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)專業(yè)方向特色,并特別強調(diào)了不能偏廢攝影人文課程以及如何正確定位數(shù)碼攝影類課程。第二章,中國高等攝影教育的硬件環(huán)境建設(shè)。分析了目前硬件條件不足、配置不科學(xué)的現(xiàn)象和原因,結(jié)合案例分析給出解決的方案,從相機(jī)的合理配套到影棚的規(guī)劃,從傳統(tǒng)暗房的比例控制到數(shù)字圖像實驗室建設(shè)中的軟肋都有詳盡的闡述。第三章,中國高等攝影教育的軟環(huán)境建設(shè)。主要討論教材、教師、教學(xué)方法、講座與實踐這些軟環(huán)境建設(shè)中的不足,給出實例進(jìn)行剖析、對比、借鑒,并提出了很多改善軟環(huán)境以提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的建議辦法。第四章,中國高等攝影教育不應(yīng)漠視攝影收藏與職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證。研究了攝影教育中被忽視或輕視的兩方面內(nèi)容,攝影收藏和職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證雖然沒有納入為攝影教學(xué)體系中必不可少的環(huán)節(jié),但應(yīng)該受到重視,前者有利于攝影藝術(shù)文化氛圍的形成,后者有利于增強行業(yè)競爭力。

簡介:對教育公平的強烈訴求是人類永恒的追求,也是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)、完善社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)、構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的要求。如何通過政策調(diào)整去促進(jìn)教育公平的實現(xiàn)是政府的職責(zé)和義務(wù)所在,也需要人們在實踐中不斷地總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和作出調(diào)整。高等教育公平的實現(xiàn)將直接影響到社會公平的實現(xiàn),影響到我國社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建。本文以馬克思主義基本理論、觀點和方法為指導(dǎo),以公共政策分析為研究視角,運用規(guī)范分析和經(jīng)驗分析、歷史分析與比較分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,圍繞“什么是高等教育公平,高等教育不公平的現(xiàn)狀與原因,促進(jìn)高等教育公平的公共政策選擇”展開論述。本文較客觀地界定了高等教育公平的基本內(nèi)涵,通過對高等教育起點、過程和結(jié)果三個階段中的不公平現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行公共政策原因分析,筆者認(rèn)為,高等教育中的不公平,主要是因為有關(guān)高等教育的公共政策以及由其延伸出來的相關(guān)法規(guī)、制度、機(jī)制的缺失、不完善和不健全所造成的,力圖通過理念樹立、資金扶持、健全機(jī)制、政策改進(jìn)和資源調(diào)節(jié)等五個方面改革我國高等教育政策,實現(xiàn)近期操作性對策與長期制度性建設(shè)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,以縮小教育差距,促進(jìn)高等教育公平。本文首先從對“公平”、“教育公平”概念的辨析作為契入點入手,然后對高等教育公平問題的社會背景和發(fā)展歷程以及研究這一問題的重要意義進(jìn)行闡述;其后就高等教育不公平的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題以公共政策的角度進(jìn)行分析,并就其問題產(chǎn)生的原因作解析;最后圍繞解決高等教育不公平問題從公共政策的角度進(jìn)行了分析評價,并就推進(jìn)高等教育公平提出對策建議。
