簡(jiǎn)介:I我國(guó)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資問(wèn)題研究我國(guó)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資問(wèn)題研究摘要隨著社會(huì)步入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,科技和教育成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要因素,受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注??萍颊衽d、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)都要依靠高等教育的發(fā)展。我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展速度已位居世界前列,毋庸置疑,高等教育大眾化時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來(lái)。隨之而來(lái)的高校擴(kuò)招政策和高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)分擔(dān)制度在實(shí)施過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生就業(yè)難、農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資負(fù)擔(dān)加重、高等教育質(zhì)量下降等負(fù)面現(xiàn)象,高等教育投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)正在逐步顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。然而農(nóng)村家庭卻沒(méi)有受到這些負(fù)面現(xiàn)象的影響,對(duì)高等教育的投資熱情依舊高漲,過(guò)度教育、追逐重點(diǎn)大學(xué)、熱門專業(yè)等投資“非理性”投資現(xiàn)象越來(lái)越多。在這樣的背景下,本研究對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭與城市家庭高等教育投資存在的差異和原因,農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資的成就、問(wèn)題和原因進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,力求能對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資行為有所啟發(fā)。本研究共分為五章,具體內(nèi)容如下第一章引言。通過(guò)對(duì)有關(guān)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資問(wèn)題的研究進(jìn)行綜述,對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義詳細(xì)介紹,并提出所要研究的問(wèn)題和采用的研究方法。第二章對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資進(jìn)行理論分析。包括我國(guó)高等教育投資的層次劃分,農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資主體的構(gòu)成,農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資主體的有限理性和農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資的特點(diǎn)。第三章對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)家庭高等教育投資差異和原因進(jìn)行分析?,F(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)城市家庭和農(nóng)村家庭的高等教育投資在目的、機(jī)會(huì)、收益等方面都存在差異。這些差異產(chǎn)生的原因是我國(guó)逐漸拉大的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距和國(guó)家制定的招生政策等。第四章對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探析。首先,介紹我國(guó)高等教育投資領(lǐng)域所取得的成就,然后提出農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資存在的問(wèn)題,最后,對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析。第五章對(duì)本研究得出的結(jié)論進(jìn)行歸納概括,并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。應(yīng)當(dāng)綜合采取措施為農(nóng)村家庭提供良好的高等教育投資環(huán)境,建立完善的高校招生和就業(yè)信息體系,提高我國(guó)農(nóng)村家庭自身的教育投資能力,創(chuàng)建農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資的咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)。這樣才能確保我國(guó)農(nóng)村家庭高等教育投資的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞農(nóng)村家庭,高等教育,教育投資IIIINHIGHEREDUCATIONTHEANALYSISOFCAUSESATPRESENTCHINESEURBANHOUSEHOLDSRURALHOUSEHOLDSINTHEHIGHEREDUCATIONINVESTMENTHAVEMANYDIFFERENCESSUCHASPURPOSEOPPTUNITYINCOMETHEREASONSFTHESEDIFFERENCESAREGRADUALLYWIDENINGINCOMEGAPBETWEENURBANRURALFAMILIESINOURCOUNTRYTHENATIONALADMISSIONSPOLICYSOONCHAPTER4ANALYZESTHEPRESENTSITUATIONSOFRURALFAMILYINVESTMENTINHIGHEREDUCATIONINCHINAFIRSTOFALLTHEARTICLEINTRODUCESTHEACHIEVEMENTSOFCHINAHIGHEREDUCATIONINVESTMENTTHENPROPOSESTHEPROBLEMSOFRURALFAMILYINVESTMENTINHIGHEREDUCATIONFINALLYANALYZESTHECAUSESOFTHESEPROBLEMSCHAPTER5SUMMARIZESTHECONCLUSIONSOFTHISRESEARCHPUTSFWARDTHECRESPONDINGCOUNTERMEASURESSUGGESTIONSWESHOULDTAKEMEASURESTOPROVIDEAGOODINVESTMENTENVIRONMENTOFHIGHEREDUCATIONFRURALFAMILIESESTABLISHAPERFECTCOLLEGESTUDENTSRECRUITEMPLOYMENTINFMATIONSYSTEMENHANCETHEINVESTMENTCAPACITYOFRURALHOUSEHOLDSINHIGHEREDUCATIONINVESTMENTCREATEACONSULTANCYFRURALFAMILYHIGHEREDUCATIONINVESTMENTONLYINTHISWAYCANWEMAKESURETHEEFFECTIVENESSOFRURALFAMILYINVESTMENTINHIGHEREDUCATIONINCHINAKEYWDSRURALHOUSEHOLDSHIGHEREDUCATIONEDUCATIONINVESTMENT

簡(jiǎn)介:華東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文五年制高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育語(yǔ)文個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)研究姓名沈君英申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)學(xué)科教學(xué)(語(yǔ)文)指導(dǎo)教師馮鈞國(guó)20070901論文摘要無(wú)論是整個(gè)世界教育發(fā)展趨勢(shì),還是中國(guó)正在全面推進(jìn)的素質(zhì)教育,都越來(lái)越重視學(xué)生在整個(gè)教育過(guò)程中的主體地位,尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,重視學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展。而以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的職業(yè)教育尤其注重學(xué)生的能力培養(yǎng)和個(gè)性發(fā)展。但當(dāng)前五年制高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育中的語(yǔ)文閱讀教學(xué)卻存在嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題閱讀教學(xué)理念陳舊、文本解讀單調(diào)統(tǒng)一、閱讀教學(xué)方式缺乏個(gè)性,學(xué)生的個(gè)性得不到充分的釋放和全面發(fā)展。這種狀況與五年制高職教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)不相適應(yīng),更與我們時(shí)代對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的要求不相適應(yīng)。本文就五年制高職語(yǔ)文閱讀教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,及其原因,作了簡(jiǎn)要分析,并對(duì)個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)和在五年制高職語(yǔ)文教學(xué)中實(shí)旌個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的策略及存在的困惑等方面進(jìn)行了論述。第一節(jié)探討了提出五年制高職語(yǔ)文個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的原因。培養(yǎng)高級(jí)技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才是五年制高職教育的目標(biāo)。學(xué)生的綜合職業(yè)能力和獨(dú)立個(gè)性就是這類人才的素質(zhì)衡量指標(biāo)之一,這也是高職語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的重要任務(wù)。在當(dāng)前的高職語(yǔ)文閱讀教學(xué)中卻存在著漠視學(xué)生個(gè)性差異、忽視個(gè)性培養(yǎng)等弊端,使閱讀教學(xué)走入機(jī)械、封閉的怪圈。五年制高職語(yǔ)文的個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)既指學(xué)生個(gè)性化的學(xué)也指教師個(gè)性化的教,在借鑒普教個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)緊密結(jié)合高職語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),更好的提高教學(xué)效率、發(fā)展高職學(xué)生個(gè)性,培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生的能力。第二節(jié)探討了個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。分別闡述了接受美學(xué)理論,建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論和多元智能理論各自的理論要點(diǎn)及其對(duì)語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的啟示。第三節(jié)具體論述了個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的實(shí)施。論文探討了個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的本質(zhì)及五年制高職語(yǔ)文個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的相關(guān)因素,并結(jié)合五年制高職語(yǔ)文教學(xué)實(shí)踐,提出了個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的五條策略第一,培養(yǎng)良好的語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,為高職語(yǔ)文個(gè)性化閱讀打好基礎(chǔ);第二,建立和諧師生關(guān)系,樹立高職生個(gè)性化閱讀的信心;第三,引導(dǎo)自由批注閱讀,促進(jìn)個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的縱深發(fā)展;第四,激活經(jīng)驗(yàn)與舊知,提高高職生個(gè)性化閱讀的效率;第五,個(gè)性化處理教材,培養(yǎng)高職生綜合職業(yè)能力。第四節(jié)簡(jiǎn)析了個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及其實(shí)踐中的困惑。關(guān)鍵詞五年制高職個(gè)性化閱讀個(gè)性化閱讀教學(xué)教學(xué)策略4

簡(jiǎn)介:本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)本科以上非營(yíng)利性高校經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)與教育質(zhì)量之間關(guān)系的研究,從高等教育供給的視角揭示經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于高等教育質(zhì)量的影響,從理論和實(shí)證的角度探討不同高等教育供給模式下的質(zhì)量保障問(wèn)題。首先,本文對(duì)高等教育產(chǎn)品屬性進(jìn)行了辨析,認(rèn)為高等教育產(chǎn)品屬性具有階段性的特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)高等教育產(chǎn)品的供給和消費(fèi)過(guò)程較系統(tǒng)的分析,指出對(duì)于在性質(zhì)上接近于公共產(chǎn)品的美國(guó)高等教育來(lái)說(shuō),其供給也是由公共部門和私人部門共同提供的,而合理的供給模式則取決于供給的效率亦即教育質(zhì)量。其次,以利益相關(guān)者的高等教育質(zhì)量觀為理論依據(jù)確定了美國(guó)高等教育質(zhì)量指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)并選取高校經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)和經(jīng)費(fèi)運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo),利用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)上述指標(biāo)分別進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和回歸分析,最后得出結(jié)論。本文的研究結(jié)論主要有第一,美國(guó)高等教育具有異質(zhì)性,這種異質(zhì)性不僅表現(xiàn)為高校個(gè)體的質(zhì)量差異,更明顯地表現(xiàn)為不同層次、不同類別之間的質(zhì)量差異;第二,美國(guó)高等教育雖然從總體上接近于公共產(chǎn)品,但不同層次不同類別高等教育產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量差異,對(duì)應(yīng)著不同的供給模式,存在著明顯的層次和類別特征;第三,從經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)教育質(zhì)量的影響來(lái)看,并不存在適應(yīng)所有高校的一般性規(guī)律,對(duì)于不同層次不同類別高校來(lái)說(shuō),影響教育質(zhì)量的重要因素及其影響的方向和程度各不相同層次越高的高校,經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)教育質(zhì)量的影響越大,層次越低的高校,經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)以外的其它因素對(duì)教育質(zhì)量的影響越大;學(xué)雜費(fèi)和教授薪金與教育質(zhì)量有顯著的正相關(guān),反映了美國(guó)高等教育較高的市場(chǎng)化程度及其對(duì)高等教育資源配置的有效性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出在構(gòu)建高等教育質(zhì)量保障體系的過(guò)程中,不應(yīng)忽視經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)高等教育質(zhì)量的影響,而應(yīng)該以分類指導(dǎo)的思想,結(jié)合不同層次、不同類別高校利益相關(guān)者對(duì)教育質(zhì)量要求的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建適應(yīng)不同供給模式的高校評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,以保障各層次各類別高等教育質(zhì)量的提高。
