簡介:日本的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育歷史悠久,可以追溯到明治時期。經(jīng)過一百多年的發(fā)展,日本已建立起了多樣開放的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育體系,為社會培養(yǎng)了大批實用技術(shù)人才和優(yōu)秀勞動力,有力地推動了日本的經(jīng)濟科技發(fā)展,使日本由一個貧弱小國躍升為世界強國,其成熟的高職教育模式也成為當今世界公認的職業(yè)技術(shù)教育成功典范之一。改革開放以來,我國的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育有了長足的發(fā)展,但是無論是在辦學層次、辦學質(zhì)量還是社會評價方面仍存在著較大的不足。他山之石,可以攻玉,借鑒日本等高職發(fā)達國家的辦學特色,對我國高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育進行改革和完善,是促進我國高職教育發(fā)展,提升我國高職教育質(zhì)量的有效途徑。本文分五章展開論述第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要闡述本文的研究背景和意義,并在總結(jié)他人相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究問題和研究方法。第二章分三個階段闡述了日本高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的歷史發(fā)展過程和現(xiàn)狀。第三章系統(tǒng)歸納論述了日本高職教育在教育體系、學位制度、教育內(nèi)容、產(chǎn)學合作、法制建設(shè)等方面的特點。第四章在簡要回顧我國高職教育歷史發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國目前高職教育存在的問題,并有針對性地提出了日本高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育經(jīng)驗對我國的借鑒意義。第五章為結(jié)語。
