2、 and job satisfaction in the elementary and middle school from the sociology and social psychology. I make the deep interview and the questionnaire in the centre of Henan province and there are 251 teachers finished the

3、questionnaire. In this research, I defined the job value of teachers’ who worked in the elementary and middle schools with the investigation. I defined the elementary parts and meaning of the job value, seeing about the

4、teachers’ job value in the mass and the factors influenced it, and the influence of job value on job satisfaction. Besides these, I try my best to make some explains in theory. There are four parts: The first part includ

5、es the study background, the literature review, the conceptualization and operation of concept. In addition to these, the frame work ,the hypothesis, and the research methods. The second part make a analysis of the struc

6、ture of job value. In order to check the job value questionnaire, the author make a alpha test on every factor. The third part describes the job value as a whole. After this, it is the characters of teachers’ job value i

7、n these aspects . They are ages, sex, marriage, so on and so forth. Of course, these information are come from statistics and deep interviews. On the side , analyses the job satisfaction in the mass , and compared the di

8、fferent sex teachers’ job satisfaction. And then , the author make a analysis on the relationship between job value and job satisfaction of teachers in elementary and middle school. At the last of this part , I analyzed

9、the relationship between these factors and job satisfaction concretely. The last part includes the conclusion and discussion of this study. Based on the conclusion, it discussed the characters of job value and the relat

10、ionship between job value and job satisfaction . As well, the advises , the shortages of this study and the space of its development are all included in this part. Key words:teachers in the elementary and middle school
