2、competitive tourism market, Internet travel has becomethe dominant way of tourism. Ctrip, in many online travel companies takes the leadingposition because of its outstanding network technology platform, high quality bra
3、ndservice, excellent business competitive strategy.But in recent years, with the newcompetitors continue to appear, online travel market competition has been intensified. If itwants to consolidate its economic strength a
4、nd absolute market share, ensure the status ofits online travel industry leader, open the online to offline development model, strategicalliance has become its main strategy to adapt to competitive choice. In this case,d
5、omestic online travel companies will be based on what kind of motivation to choosestrategic alliances and to seek what kind of strategic alliance partners? After the economicperformance of cooperation is or isn’t reached
6、 the strategic alliance before thepsychological expectations and what kind of problem reflects in this process? Thesequestions are all worthy of our study.This thesis selects Ctrip strategic alliance cooperation by becom
7、ing a shareholder ofChina Eastern Airlines as the case for analysis. From the motivation of Ctrip strategicalliance, and combined with the specific strategic alliance strategy and a series ofeconomic data after the strat
8、egic alliance to sum up the positive role and the problemsexisting in the strategic alliance, concrete from the influence of national policy, thedevelopment of the industry status quo and the factors of enterprise itself
9、, three aspectsanalyze the motive of strategic alliances,it will induce the reflected problems, andcorresponding put forward countermeasures and suggestions, finally it will concludesome revelations and experiences from
10、this studied case. Based on the study of Ctripstrategic alliance cooperation by becoming a shareholder of China Eastern Airlines case,the effectiveness of the strategic alliance of Ctrip and the impact of the development
