4、ry has increasingly faced urgent resource, economic, and environmental stress especially in automobile industry. The conservation and emissions reduction of energy and strategic transformation has become the important di

5、rection of future development. The electric bus has become the technology trend of future. Before the electric bus replaces traditional fuel buss to form large-scale commercial model, many difficulties like high vehicle

6、cost, lacking product chain, incomplete infrastructure still exist in the market. In the cases of incomplete battery technology and inconsistent business model with the traditional fuel vehicle, electric vehicles fall in

7、to dilemma of how to further large-scale commercial promotion. Business model innovation has already become a main issue of each producers of electric vehicle. The study analyzed and discussed the existing business mode

8、l of electric vehicle deeply based on theory and reality to solve above-mentioned problems. First we analyzed and evaluated the barrier of promotion of the existing business model of electric vehicle and propose electric

9、 vehicle business model innovation direction . Then the innovation of WX company electric vehicle and traditional business model analysis was compared using comparative method. We concluded that: (i) the key of innovat

10、ion in electric vehicle business model is that the whole bus production enterprise needs to undertake business model leading role, satisfy each link value demand, realize the value of subject value, achieve sustained pro

11、fitability and make the value subject using the optimal realization forms; (ii) win-win business model led by commercial product manufacturing enterprises was beneficial to overall benefit maximization and more balanced

12、 allocation of resources by studying the innovation of electric vehicle business model. (iii) suggestions and strategies involving the innovation of electric vehicle industry business model were mainly proposed in from

13、four following aspects: (1) ascension value proposition, (2) innovative business model, (3) achievement of strategic value and (4) improvement business environment. This study is completed , it can do for business model

14、innovation of the electric vehicle production enterprise in our country and provide practical guidance, to promote the development of domestic electric vehicle industry also has the certain enlightenment function. KEY WO
