3、out.Twogroupsofspeakerswithonegroupof10nativespeakersofMConegroupof10nativespeakersofUygur(eachwithbalancedgenderdistribution)participatedintheexperiments.Datacollectionintheexperimentswasconductedbyusingthespeechsignalp

4、rocessingpackagePraat(Version4.6.09)dataanalysiswasperfmedbyusingthestatisticprogramSPSS(StatisticProgramfSocialSciences)(Version11.5).Theresultsshowedthat:(1)inbothMCUygurdeclarativeintonationshowedthefallingpitch(2)inb

5、othMCUygurwhatdifferentiatedbetweendeclarativeinterrogativeintonationsdidn’tonlyrestontheendofthesentencethecontrastbetweentheminvolvedpitchdifferencesoveralargertempaldomain.Furthermecomparisonsamongdifferenttypesofinte

6、rrogativesentencesshowedthatinMCthefourtypesofinterrogativesentences(yesnoquestionwithwithoutparticlewhquestionAnotAquestion)cannotbedistinguishedfromeachotherintheinitialpartsofthesentencebutwhenitcametothesentencefinal

7、partthesefourtypesofquestionsfellintotwocategieswithyesnoquestion(withoutwithparticle)havingsignificantlyhigherF0valuesthanwhquestionAnotAquestion.InUygurthefoursentencetypesdidn’thavedifferencesintheinitialpartseitherwh

8、ileinthelastpartofthesentencethefoursentencetypeswerediscriminatedwithyesnoquestionwithoutparticlehavingsignificantlyhigherF0valuesthanothertypesofinterrogativesentences.ThecomparativestudyofMarinUygurdeclarativeinterrog
