2、vibrating- shell hemisphere gyroscope was proposed. In the actuation, the feeling measure and the balance compensation, the gyroscope used the electric capacity with the high sensitivity, the low energy
3、consumption, and combined with the high quality factor characteristic of the resonance main body, which enable its system to have the quite outstanding performance: the vibration gyroscopes were
4、generally used to measure the rotation rate, but because of axial symmetry factor, the axial symmetry vibrating- shell gyroscope can be used to measure not only the rotation rate but also the
5、 rotation angle ,moreover do not bring the accumulation error as a result of the integral. On the base of the character of hemisphere c ontinuously vibrating, the method of actuation and measur
6、ing, the asymmetry compensating process and the measuring limit were studied, the control loop and the parameter design were introduced, which will be prepared for the future circuit design and
7、 the automobile security application. Through the finite element analysis to the resonance main body, four troughs vibration was obtained which was the resonance main body’ s working mode, simulta
8、neously the design parameter’ s affect on vibration characteristic was discovered. With the natural frequency and vibration shape under the condition of non- revolving, the measuring method of the object rotationa
9、l rate and the formula were obtained. Four balancing electrodes are used to compensate the asymmetry and the sensitivity method is used to calculate the balancing voltage. In the control loop,
10、the phase- lock loop was used to trace the operating frequency, the vibrating- amplitude loop was used to control the driving influence, the compensate control loop was used to adjust balance,
11、and the measuring loop was used to measure. With the simulation charts of various subsystems, the system parameters were designed. Finally according to the resonant body vibration characteristic
