2、s to say, the behavior is goal- oriented. A goal is a cognitive representation of individual’s desired state or result. It is long to explain human behavior with the goal theory in the psych

3、ological fields. The individual may not only explain other’s behavior with goal, but also infer the goal from other people's behavior. Recent research showed that after individual perceiving

4、 other’s behavior they would possibly accept and pursue this kind of goal which was implied in it , and this is called goal contagion effect in behavior. (Henk Aarts, Peter M, Gollwitzer, 20

5、04) Based on the previous studies, three experiments were made to explore the characters and related influencing factors of goal contagion with Visual- BASIC programs. Experiment 1 was a 3×2 comple

6、te random design, and both the goal condition and the goal strength were between - group factors. Subjects were 105 undergraduates whose average age was 20.6. The number of male was 40, and

7、the number of female was 65. We proved the effect of goal contagion in behavior, and explored the different or same characters between conscious goal contagion and unconscious goal contagion. Experimen

8、t 2 was a 2×2 complete random design, and both the goal condition and the gender of subjects were between- group factors. Subjects were 56 undergraduates whose average age was 21.2. The

9、number of male was 26, and the number of female was 30. We explored whether the goal contagion would appear or not in the different goal situations, and tested whether the Subjects’ attitude

10、 to the goal was remarkably related to the indexes of goal contagion or not. In experiment 3, Subjects were 75 female college students and whose average age was 24.2. The different results

11、of the same goal were dependent variable, and the Subjects’ desire responses to the same goal were independent variable .we explored the influencing functions of the results of goal to the go

12、al contagion. The results are as follows: (1) After perceiving other people’s behavior, individual will accept and pursue the goal which is concealed in the behavior. This is called goal contag

13、ion in behavior. (2) In the different goal situation (i.e. take “l(fā)osing weight” as goal situation), goal contagion doesn’t appear, and the perceivers’ gender, their explicit attitude and implici
