2、ful employment has become a universal topic of concern to the community.Therefore, how to enhance college student's employment outcomes and employmentquality has also become the focal point which the numerous scholar
3、s studied.This study has reviewed the correlative theories of proactive personality,employability and employment outcomes, based on this and proposed the relatedsuppositions, regarding the proactive personality, employab
4、ility and the employmentoutcomes relations, has carried on the through exploration and the analysis.First of all, based on the employment questionnaire edited by scholars of the past,revised the employment questionnaire
5、on college graduates. The study adopts the revisedscale to 445 college graduates,simultaneously investigates the situation of proactivepersonality and employment outcomes to the college graduates,and finally investigates
6、the correlation on proactive personality, employability and employment outcomes . Theresults showed:(1) As the chinese version of the proactive personality scale revised by shang jiayinhas qualified reliability and valid
7、ity.(2)The revised employment questionnaire on college graduates has qualifiedreliability and validity.(3)There is significant difference in whether the party member of proactivepersonality, but no significant difference
8、 in gender, professional, source of the studentsand whether to have practice experience .(4)There is significant difference in professional and whether the party member ofemployability, but no significant difference in g
