終身教育視角下自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新的研究.pdf

1、摘要中文摘要終身教育是當(dāng)今世界教育的發(fā)展潮流，自學(xué)考試制度的改革、發(fā)展、完善和創(chuàng)新，必須順應(yīng)世界終身教育的發(fā)展趨勢。本文運(yùn)用終身教育原理和教育制度創(chuàng)新理論，對終身教育視角下自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行專題研究，從理論上進(jìn)一步豐富我國自學(xué)考試制度的研究內(nèi)容，從實(shí)踐上進(jìn)一步探索了當(dāng)前我國自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新升級的對策措施，具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文從終身教育理念的基本概述和自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新的概念界定出發(fā)，采用實(shí)證分析等研究方法，從自學(xué)考試的

2、報(bào)考規(guī)模、自學(xué)考試的學(xué)習(xí)對象和自學(xué)考試的社會(huì)助學(xué)等三個(gè)角度考察了自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新的狀況和特點(diǎn)；深入探討了自學(xué)考試制度刨新在推進(jìn)終身教育體系建設(shè)當(dāng)中所面臨的三大問題，即自學(xué)考試學(xué)歷教育生源下滑、自學(xué)考試畢業(yè)生就業(yè)困難和自學(xué)考試社會(huì)助學(xué)滯后，并對其原因進(jìn)行分析；從完善自學(xué)考試制度法規(guī)體系、創(chuàng)新自學(xué)考試學(xué)習(xí)成果評價(jià)方式和創(chuàng)新自學(xué)考試管理體制等幾個(gè)方面探索了終身教育視角下自學(xué)考試制度創(chuàng)新升級的對策與建議，提升自學(xué)考試制度在建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)中的戰(zhàn)略
