簡介:學(xué)校代碼學(xué)校代碼1020810208研究生學(xué)號研究生學(xué)號200903036200903036分類號號G8074G8074密級級公開公開碩士學(xué)位論文越野滑雪運(yùn)動員科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控越野滑雪運(yùn)動員科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控模式模式的研究研究CROSSCOUNTRYSKIINGATHLETESSCIENTIFICTRAININGMONITORINGMODERESEARCH作者李志強(qiáng)李志強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)教師楊明楊明教授教授學(xué)科體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域競技教育理論與實(shí)踐競技教育理論與實(shí)踐學(xué)位類別科學(xué)學(xué)位科學(xué)學(xué)位申請時(shí)間20122012年6月I中文摘要本文以我國優(yōu)秀越野滑雪運(yùn)動員為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,緊密結(jié)合專項(xiàng),篩選出越野滑雪項(xiàng)目訓(xùn)練中敏感的生理生化指標(biāo),通過對國家優(yōu)秀越野滑雪運(yùn)動員生理生化指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)的研究與分析,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的制勝規(guī)律、專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練及比賽特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建我國越野滑雪項(xiàng)目科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控模式。研究中我們把訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控過程分為三個(gè)部分重點(diǎn)課的監(jiān)控,運(yùn)動員適應(yīng)程度的監(jiān)控及階段性訓(xùn)練效果的監(jiān)控。訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控模式的構(gòu)建為教練員制定訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃、訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的安排提供理論依據(jù),使運(yùn)動員的專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動能力按照可監(jiān)控與可預(yù)測的方向發(fā)展。利用血乳酸、心率兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對重點(diǎn)課進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,在訓(xùn)練過程中利用GARMIN405心率表對運(yùn)動員全程及三分鐘的心率采集,利用日本京都便攜式血乳酸分析儀測試訓(xùn)練過程中運(yùn)動員的乳酸,以判斷重點(diǎn)課訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷的大小。越野滑雪運(yùn)動員對訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度安排的適應(yīng)情況,應(yīng)用的指標(biāo)有尿十項(xiàng)、血清肌酸激酶、晨脈、血尿素等等,指標(biāo)的采集分為兩個(gè)階段訓(xùn)練后的一小時(shí)之內(nèi)和第二日的晨起。階段性訓(xùn)練效果的評價(jià)主要針對有氧和無氧能力兩個(gè)方面,選用的指標(biāo)有乳酸酸度曲線,60秒無氧功、血紅蛋白、最大攝氧量等指標(biāo),測試時(shí)間一般間隔在20天左右。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞越野滑雪;監(jiān)控;模式;研究

簡介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文化學(xué)教學(xué)中學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)研究姓名張偉申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)學(xué)科教學(xué)化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師畢華林2002429解題化學(xué)的局面,提高學(xué)生的化學(xué)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)成為每一個(gè)化學(xué)教育工作者義不容辭的責(zé)任?!a(chǎn)對化學(xué)學(xué)科來說,發(fā)展學(xué)生的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)應(yīng)從三個(gè)方面著手刁首先,化學(xué)課程和教材對學(xué)生化學(xué)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)起著重要的作用,伴隨著2001年教育部課程改革的步伐,高中階段,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)構(gòu)建以必修課為主,必修課、選修課、活動課相結(jié)合的課程結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)逐步推進(jìn)綜合理科課程的開發(fā)。課程和教材的編制應(yīng)打破以化學(xué)的學(xué)科概念和原理為核心,以元素周期表中主族元素的分類為系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu),關(guān)注社會生活,關(guān)注化學(xué)發(fā)展史和其中科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)的方法和過程。其次,化學(xué)是一門實(shí)驗(yàn)科學(xué),應(yīng)重視實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),化學(xué)教學(xué)應(yīng)回歸實(shí)驗(yàn)室。要精心做好演示實(shí)驗(yàn),盡量把演示實(shí)驗(yàn)變?yōu)槔蠋熯呏v學(xué)生邊實(shí)驗(yàn),同時(shí)補(bǔ)充探究實(shí)驗(yàn)。在實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中,向?qū)W生展示科學(xué)研究的方法和技巧,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科學(xué)探究能力和創(chuàng)新能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科學(xué)態(tài)度。不能僅僅把化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)當(dāng)作是形成知識和技能的手段,而是要通過實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),‘讓學(xué)生親身體驗(yàn)到科學(xué)知識經(jīng)歷由“感性理性應(yīng)用”的科學(xué)認(rèn)識過程,以及在這個(gè)認(rèn)識過程的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中蘊(yùn)含著的各種具體方法。最后,針對以教師為主宰、學(xué)生被動接受為主要形式,不利學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,我們探索形成了導(dǎo)引探究教學(xué)模式,該模式強(qiáng)調(diào)創(chuàng)設(shè)問題情境,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的自主探究與合作學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生個(gè)性的張揚(yáng),勇于發(fā)表個(gè)人見解幾一年多來,我們明顯感受到了課堂氣氛的變化,學(xué)生對化學(xué)課的態(tài)度的變化,學(xué)生分析問題、解決問題能力的變化,學(xué)生口頭表達(dá)能力的變化和教師教育觀念的變化,而學(xué)生的這些變化,歸根結(jié)底,就是科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展,老師的變化是為了發(fā)展學(xué)生的科學(xué)素養(yǎng),所有這些變化也堅(jiān)定了我們繼續(xù)探索、不懈努力的決心鉀關(guān)鍵詞中學(xué)化學(xué)教學(xué)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)教學(xué)模式分類號G6338

簡介:北京體育大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文關(guān)于構(gòu)建健身氣功科學(xué)知識普及教育目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容體系的研究姓名莊永昌申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)民族傳統(tǒng)體育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師胡曉飛2006060111前言1前言我國特有的健身法氣功,是中華民族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化的優(yōu)秀遺產(chǎn),是中華民族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生文化的結(jié)晶,是健身養(yǎng)生防病治病的有效手段。它為增進(jìn)人們的身體健康、為中華民族的繁衍做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。自在先秦古籍中出現(xiàn)至今已有兩千多年的歷史。它的內(nèi)涵和外延隨著歷史的發(fā)展,至今仍在不斷豐富和擴(kuò)大。這在我國乃至世界養(yǎng)生史和體育史中都是少有的。今天發(fā)掘和探討這一古老而仍然具有旺盛生命力的健身法,不僅可以豐富我國的養(yǎng)生史和體育史的內(nèi)容,對今天的養(yǎng)生、保健和體育的實(shí)踐,也具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,特別是對實(shí)施全民健身計(jì)劃綱要,更具有特殊意義。11問題的提出11問題的提出健身氣功歷史悠久,在長期的發(fā)展實(shí)踐中揉進(jìn)了大量的儒、釋、道、醫(yī)、武等各家的理論和方法,加之廣大練功愛好者的廣泛實(shí)踐,使其理論豐富、功法多樣,成為今天人們喜聞樂見的健身項(xiàng)目。黨和政府歷來支持健身氣功的健康發(fā)展,并于2001年6月批準(zhǔn)成立了國家體育總局健身氣功管理中心,專門負(fù)責(zé)健身氣功管理工作。從健身氣功管理中心成立至今,在短短的幾年里,健身氣功站點(diǎn)從無到有,到目前為止在中心注冊的站點(diǎn)有2000多個(gè),注冊的習(xí)練者達(dá)10萬以上,健身氣功站點(diǎn)正走上規(guī)?;牡缆?。健身氣功練習(xí)人群在擴(kuò)大,習(xí)練者增多。健身氣功中心通過調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)習(xí)練人群中達(dá)到80以上是中老年人,收入不高,文化水平較低。他們不僅對功法習(xí)練的渴望,而又對健身氣功知識的追求也是熱情高漲的。2003年中心組織部分專家,進(jìn)行了系列講座活動,廣大群眾對科普表現(xiàn)很高的熱情1。然而,由于健身氣功歷史較長、學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)繁多、功法套路豐富造成了人們對健身氣功認(rèn)識的模糊和掌握的困難。在健身氣功推廣過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),社會上對健身氣功的含義、原理和作用認(rèn)識不明確,存在著主觀性、片面性和模糊性,有的甚至是錯(cuò)誤的觀點(diǎn)。其中,有的把它的理論看得深?yuàn)W難懂,有的抱著沙文主義的態(tài)度,把它的功能無限夸大;也有的抱著虛無主義的態(tài)度,把它說的一無是處。這必然造成練習(xí)健身氣功效果的獲得,進(jìn)而影響健身氣功活動的推廣普及。究其原因,主要是人們對健身氣功缺乏了解,對健身氣功的知識掌握不系統(tǒng)。而從近代教育史的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),要想全面系統(tǒng)的掌握一門學(xué)科的知識、方法和技術(shù),就必須要有一套較為完整的學(xué)科知識體系并為之推廣普及。因此,要想盡快普及推廣健身氣功,就需要盡快建立一套“健身氣功科學(xué)知識普及教育目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容體系”。這樣可以加強(qiáng)人們學(xué)習(xí)健身氣功的科學(xué)知識,提高人們對健身氣功的正確認(rèn)識,使健身氣功科普知識的推廣科學(xué)化、理論化、系統(tǒng)化,從而為健身氣功科學(xué)、有序的普及和推廣打下基礎(chǔ)。但健身氣功管理中心成立比較晚并且目前健身氣功的推廣普及是技術(shù)、實(shí)踐先于理論而科學(xué)的理論對實(shí)踐有巨大的指導(dǎo)作用所以有必要對健身氣功科學(xué)知識進(jìn)行理論上的研究和探討。通過對健身氣功科學(xué)知識普及教育目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容體系的研究,首先可以明確普及教育的方向?!叭魏紊鐣闈M足自身發(fā)展需要總是首先確定相應(yīng)的教育目的,引導(dǎo)教育發(fā)展的方向,以便從根本上確保教育的社會性質(zhì)和人才培養(yǎng)的社會傾向性”2。而“教育目的是對一定社會培養(yǎng)人的總要求,是根據(jù)不同社會的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的要求和受教育者身心發(fā)展的狀況確定的。它反映一定社會受教育者的要求,是教育工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和最終目標(biāo)”3。同樣,健身氣功科學(xué)知識普及教育目標(biāo)是普及健身氣功科學(xué)知識工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和最終目標(biāo)。健身氣功科學(xué)知識普及教育目標(biāo)體系所具有的層次性是對具體的普及教育活動的具體規(guī)定性,它包含著對整個(gè)普及教育活動努力的指向性和結(jié)果要求。它規(guī)定了普及教育的方向,使普及教育活動有1健身氣功科普講座匯編內(nèi)部資料國家體育總局健身氣功管理中心編印2004年2月2教育學(xué)基礎(chǔ)全國十二所重點(diǎn)師范大學(xué)聯(lián)合編寫3施良方課程理論課程的基礎(chǔ)、原理與問題第2版教育科學(xué)出版社1999年8月
