簡介:碩士學位論文學校代碼Q33密級公玨城市道路可變車道設置的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型與算法BILEVELPROGRAMMINGMODELANDALGORITHMOFURBANROADSCONVERTIBLELANES作者姓名學科專業(yè)研究方向學院系、所指導教師王雄交通運輸工程交通運輸規(guī)劃與管理交通運輸工程學院史峰教授緣教冬論文答辯日期2Q13生旦三Q目答辯委員會主席鏊茂壁中南大學2013年11月城市道路可變車道設置的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型與算法摘要在一些城市的擁擠交通流中,存在一種潮汐現象,早晨上班車流從郊區(qū)擁往城市中心區(qū),下午下班車流從城市中心區(qū)疏散到城市郊區(qū)。在雙向車道數均分的城市道路上,潮汐交通流導致道路雙向忙閑不均,甚至導致部分路段單向擁堵。設置可變車道是合理利用道路資源,解決道路雙向通行能力利用不均衡的有效方法之一。然而,由于人們上下班時通常包含一些其它的出行任務,早晚高峰的出行需求不具有對稱性,擁堵路段也不具有空間對稱性,即早晚高峰的擁堵路段并不一定互為反向路段,這直接導致早、晚高峰可變車道最優(yōu)設置方案不具有對稱性。本文考慮到設置可變車道產生的日常操作費用和對出行者認知路況的干擾,對早、晚高峰可變車道的設置方案進行綜合決策,使全天可變車道設置總費用最小化。鑒于可變車道設置方案是交通管理者與交通出行者之間博弈的結果,采用一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型描述可變車道優(yōu)化設計問題,上層規(guī)劃以全天出行總費用和可變車道綜合管理成本最小化為目標,優(yōu)化可變車道設置方案;兩個下層規(guī)劃在給定的可變車道設置方案下,分別確定早、晚高峰用戶出行的均衡狀態(tài)。論文進一步設計了基于遺傳算法的可變車道優(yōu)化設計的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型的求解算法。算例分析表明,優(yōu)化產生的可變車道設置方案具有較強的整體合理性,能夠在一定的綜合管理成本下有效降低路網出行總費用。關鍵詞可變車道;一主二從雙層規(guī)劃;遺傳算法分類號U121
