簡介:常規(guī)公交是城市公共交通的重要組成部分,是促進城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、提高人民生活水平的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。公交運力是常規(guī)公交的重要內(nèi)容,是公交部門或企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的主要對象。公交運力配置的是否合理影響著常規(guī)公交的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,改善公交運力配置的合理度、提高公交運力的利用率是提高公交服務(wù)水平、提升公交分擔(dān)率、降低公共交通資源消耗、緩解交通擁堵的有效手段。論文分別從公交運力總量、運力結(jié)構(gòu)和線路運力配置三方面對常規(guī)公交運力進行規(guī)劃研究。在公交運力總量上,以常規(guī)公交運力總量配置的一般方法為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)利弊,并考慮到運力相關(guān)資料收集難度較大,主要運用灰色理論,建立灰色模型,在灰色模型預(yù)測精度未達到要求時,利用回歸模型進行二次預(yù)測,并運用綜合預(yù)測法進行擬合,以確保預(yù)測精度。在運力結(jié)構(gòu)配置上,對其影響因素、車型種類及技術(shù)參數(shù)分別進行分析研究,建立基于馬爾可夫預(yù)測法的改進模型,運用SPSS軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,對車型結(jié)構(gòu)進行配置。在線路運力配置上,以影響因素為約束條件,建立線路運力配置模型,將公交運力總量合理配置在公交線路上。最后,以重慶市常規(guī)公交為例,對重慶市主城區(qū)常規(guī)公交運力總量、車型結(jié)構(gòu)進行配置,并以301路公交線路為例進行線路運力配置,對本文的理論研究進行驗證。本文通過對公交運力規(guī)劃的系統(tǒng)性研究,為公交運力規(guī)劃提供了一定的方法,為常規(guī)公交規(guī)劃奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。
