簡介:河北大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文再造文明與教育革新胡適高等教育思想研究姓名李運昌申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)中國教育史指導(dǎo)教師韓清林20100501摘要II袖人物都是大學(xué)的產(chǎn)兒。因此說,西方近代文明在根源上是中世紀(jì)大學(xué)促成的。他認(rèn)為這些正是中國所缺乏的,這也是造成近代中國與西方差距的主要原因。平心而論,胡適并不認(rèn)為中國傳統(tǒng)文化一無是處,而是不適合于現(xiàn)代世界的發(fā)展,同時也認(rèn)為西方近代文明的科學(xué)與民主的重要因子在中國不是沒有,而是沒有得到發(fā)揚光大。就是這個重要因子才使得再造文明有了可能性。因而說,西方近代文明是胡適再造文明的努力方向,再造文明的基本途徑便是改造中國的傳統(tǒng)教育,特別是高等教育。這便是其建設(shè)中國現(xiàn)代教育體系的文化根源。第三,胡適從文明進化的角度,發(fā)現(xiàn)了科學(xué)的重要作用。因而,在教育革新過程中,他特別強調(diào)了科學(xué)研究在高等教育中的重要地位,科學(xué)研究離不開人才,二者互為因果,相輔相成。他認(rèn)為科學(xué)研究,人才是第一要件,其次才是設(shè)備。而人才的產(chǎn)生,必須要有現(xiàn)代化的教育做基礎(chǔ)。因而,他在教育實踐活動中,積極參與教育制度的各項改革,在其中發(fā)揮了重要作用。為了使科學(xué)研究能順利進行,除了廣聘人才和努力培養(yǎng)人才之外,必須還要創(chuàng)造獨立、自由的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境,這便是他的教育獨立思想。總之,胡適是中國現(xiàn)代教育的重要奠基人,他以再造文明為指導(dǎo)方針,積極參與各項教育革新活動,并形成了科學(xué)與人才并重,學(xué)術(shù)獨立與思想自由的教育理念。關(guān)鍵詞胡適;再造文明;教育革新;高等教育;教育思想;

簡介:華中師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文高等教育內(nèi)分流模式研究姓名陶能祥申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師董澤芳20061001⑧博士學(xué)位論文DOCTORALDISSERTATION樣性、適應(yīng)性、發(fā)展性和流動性,因此以單一、封閉、靜止的內(nèi)分流模式來組織高等教育分流活動是不可取的。其次考察并分析了我國高等教育內(nèi)分流模式改革的趨勢及存在的問題,認(rèn)為在我國改革開放以來的政治、經(jīng)濟、高教自身改革與發(fā)展所提供的良好背景下,當(dāng)前內(nèi)分流模式改革呈現(xiàn)出五個發(fā)展趨勢由“入學(xué)分流型”向“中期分流型”發(fā)展;由“一次分流型”向“適時轉(zhuǎn)流型”發(fā)展;由“專業(yè)主流型”向“專業(yè)分岔型”發(fā)展;由“學(xué)校配置型”向“學(xué)生選擇型”發(fā)展由“單一學(xué)業(yè)型”向“工讀交替型”發(fā)展。由于主客觀多方面的原因,我國高等教育內(nèi)分流模式改革中主要存在著四方面問題價值偏頗,目標(biāo)沖突結(jié)構(gòu)失調(diào),功能受阻;自主有限,策略僵化;機制不活,分流不暢。第三部分為我國高等教育內(nèi)分流模式的優(yōu)化對策探討,由第五章構(gòu)成。針對當(dāng)前情況,本文提出如下優(yōu)化對策提高思想認(rèn)識,整合分流目標(biāo);加強調(diào)查研究,調(diào)整分流結(jié)構(gòu);改革教育制度,完善分流策略;上下協(xié)調(diào)行動。健全運行機制。II關(guān)鍵詞教育分流,高等教育分流,高等教育內(nèi)分流,內(nèi)分流模式
