簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生心理健康教育論析姓名龔曉潔申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)馬克思主義理論與思想政治教育指導(dǎo)教師桑志達(dá)2002730高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生心理健康教育論析龔曉潔摘要伴隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),人們的生活方式發(fā)生了巨大的變化,社會(huì)規(guī)范重構(gòu),社會(huì)利益格局重新調(diào)整,社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,生存壓力加大,知識(shí)信息的更新速率加快,文化的開放度提高,快節(jié)奏、高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、高壓力的社會(huì)給人們的心理世界帶來(lái)了巨大的沖擊和震蕩,使人們的心理活動(dòng)較之以往任何時(shí)期都復(fù)雜,影響心理健康的因素也越來(lái)越多。對(duì)于高等學(xué)校的大學(xué)生而言,社會(huì)變化不僅為他們帶來(lái)了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也使他們必須面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。一些學(xué)生由于不能適應(yīng)這些變化和恰當(dāng)?shù)貞?yīng)對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),從而產(chǎn)生了各種各樣的心理問題,甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的心理障礙,這就給高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育提出了許多嶄新的課題。針對(duì)以上所提出的問題,,皋文對(duì)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育進(jìn)行了研究和剖析,論文共分三大部分,第一部分主要對(duì)心理健康內(nèi)涵及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行研究;分析了古今中外學(xué)者心理健康理論,并對(duì)中外大學(xué)生心理健康教育發(fā)展和歷史進(jìn)行了回顧。第二部分全面地分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生心理特點(diǎn)、大學(xué)生心理健康狀況和存在的問題及影響當(dāng)前大學(xué)生心理健康狀況的主要因素。新時(shí)期大學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)與以往的學(xué)生有明顯的不同,獨(dú)生子女的人數(shù)占學(xué)生人數(shù)的比例不斷擴(kuò)大,高校中這些年還出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)群體一貧困生。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康的影響.導(dǎo)致一些學(xué)生因沉迷互聯(lián)網(wǎng)而學(xué)業(yè)惹廢,甚至出現(xiàn)不同程度的心理與行為問題。乃有三部分主要闡述了大學(xué)生心理健康教育的迫切性和重要性,大學(xué)生心理健康教育在學(xué)校中的地位和作用;根據(jù)積極適應(yīng)和主動(dòng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代心理健康教育根本目的,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生心理健康教育內(nèi)容并提出在高校開展心理健康教育的主要途徑。在實(shí)施有效的途徑中,不僅將心理健康教育滲透教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中,充分發(fā)揮教師在心理健康教育中的主導(dǎo)作用,加強(qiáng)校園心理文化建設(shè),營(yíng)造健康的教育環(huán)境,而且要建立學(xué)生心理健康檔案,開展有效的心理咨詢工作,形成心理健康教育的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。其中,高校在進(jìn)行大學(xué)生心理健康教育時(shí),除了繼續(xù)延用傳統(tǒng)的心理咨詢形式外,可利用校匿網(wǎng)開展網(wǎng)上心理咨詢。此外,由于目前我國(guó)高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作還存在不少問題,尤其是師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)比較薄弱,所以必須狠抓隊(duì)伍建設(shè),只有這樣高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作才能取得好的效果??傊?,高等學(xué)校應(yīng)面向全體學(xué)生開展心理健康教育工作,讓學(xué)生掌握基本的心理知識(shí)、技能和心理保健的方法,增強(qiáng)心理調(diào)適和社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,提高心理素質(zhì)水平,從而為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化培養(yǎng)更多、更好的合格人才,為素質(zhì)教育的全面開展、為高等教育的深化改革提供強(qiáng)有力的支持。本文力求理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,對(duì)提高高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生心理健康教育有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。】G一關(guān)鍵詞高等學(xué)夠大學(xué)與心理健鼉咫}像2
