49、1.2 研究方法</b></p><p> 采用大學(xué)生心理健康人格調(diào)查問卷1(University Per-sonality Inventory,UPI)為調(diào)查工具,該問卷包含64題,其中第5、20、35、50為測偽題,第61、62、63、64為輔助題,其余的56題,每題1分,總分在0-56分之間,分?jǐn)?shù)越高說明心理問題越嚴(yán)重。UPI的篩查分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下:第一類為滿足下列條件之一者:UPI總分≥25分;
50、第25題作肯定回答;輔助</p><p> 題中同時至少有2題做肯定回答。第二類為滿足下列條件之一者:總分介于20-24分之間;第8、16、26 題做肯定選擇。輔助題中有1題做肯定選擇。不屬于第一、二類者為第三類。其中第一類可能存在嚴(yán)重心理問題,第二類可能存在一般心理問題,第三類為心理健康者。</p><p> 用心海軟件網(wǎng)上進行統(tǒng)一施測,每年均在入學(xué)后的第二個月進行,每次在一周內(nèi)完成

54、在性別、年齡、錄取分?jǐn)?shù)上的差異</p><p> 由表3可見,在8、15、25、26四道關(guān)鍵題上,性別差異均顯著,男生顯著差于女生。將年齡分成三組,小于18歲的為第一組,正常入學(xué)年齡段即大于等于18歲且小于等于19歲的為第二組,大于19歲的為第三組,比較這三個年齡組在4題上的差異。在第8題“不幸的”上,大年齡組(>19歲)要顯著差于另外兩組;在第16題“常失眠”上小年齡組(<18歲)要顯著好于其他兩

56、年間大學(xué)新生所反映出的心理問題相對集中,在個別題目上略有變 化,主要表現(xiàn)在“戀愛的目的是為了婚姻”作肯定回答的人數(shù)增加,“對臟很在乎”和“愛操心”的人數(shù)略有減少。對于輔助題的肯定回答率極高,分別排在了第1、2、3、7位。

59、類學(xué)生的檢出率為16.09%-34.09%。相比較來說,我校的一類學(xué)生檢出率明顯偏低,二類學(xué)生檢出率除2009年以外,都較其他學(xué)校偏低,說明我校入學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況符合常態(tài)7,且總體呈良性發(fā)展。這與生源及學(xué)科可能存在一定關(guān)系,我校為財經(jīng)類院校,學(xué)生多數(shù)來自于蘇皖地區(qū),多數(shù)經(jīng)濟條件相對較好,并且與家鄉(xiāng)距離不遠交通方便,都為新生入學(xué)的心理適應(yīng)營造了一個較好的環(huán)境。隨著對心理健康認識的逐漸深入和關(guān)注度的提高,學(xué)生心理健康水平也是在逐漸改善的
60、。而針對一、二類學(xué)生的關(guān)注也是心理工</p><p><b> 作開展的重要部分。</b></p><p> 3.2著重關(guān)注的幾類特殊群體新生</p><p> 首先,男生感覺自己過去不幸、常常失眠、有輕生想法和缺乏興趣的人數(shù)比率明顯高于女生。財經(jīng)類院校往往會出現(xiàn)在總體性別上的比例失調(diào),呈現(xiàn)女多男少的情況,所以要關(guān)注男生的心理健康問題尤為
61、重要。其次,大于19歲入學(xué)的學(xué)生會更多的感到自己是不幸的,并且有更多的輕生想法;小于18歲入學(xué)的在睡眠上更好,但輕生的想法也較多。由此可以看出大齡入學(xué)的新生可能曾有過不平常的人生經(jīng)歷,比如生病、復(fù)讀等,對他們的心理產(chǎn)生了較大的影響,需要格外的關(guān)注;而低齡入學(xué)的新生可能存在心智不成熟、拔苗助長的情況,他們的想法也應(yīng)得到老師的了解與關(guān)注。最后,二本學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出更多的缺乏興趣和對自己感到不幸,這可能與他們處于中間地帶,在選擇上有很多未知和迷茫有
62、關(guān),在日常的教育中需要加以引導(dǎo),逐漸地培養(yǎng)興趣并且找到自己的方向。</p><p> 3.3著重關(guān)注的幾類心理問題</p><p> 統(tǒng)觀4年大學(xué)新生集中的心理問題,可以分為如下幾個方面:第一,人際關(guān)系方面,覺得人際關(guān)系很重要,在意他人的看法,以及關(guān)注周圍的人;第二,戀愛與性方面,體現(xiàn)出開放性與責(zé)任感;第三,強迫傾向,體現(xiàn)在對臟很在乎、反復(fù)確認以及愛操心;第四,缺乏耐心。這些問題具有較
63、強的時代特征,與社會環(huán)境、家庭教育等方面有一定關(guān)系,這與以往的研究也有著相類似的結(jié)果6。這為心理健康教育工作提供了依據(jù),同時也指出了工作的重點與方向。</p><p><b> 3.4建議與對策</b></p><p> 近年來,我校連續(xù)開展了新生心理的普查工作,為建立學(xué)生心理檔案與心理健康教育的開展提供了豐富的數(shù)據(jù)支持,也為心理問題學(xué)生的防范起到了重要的作用。在
